I ordered a graduate degree frame from Church Hill Classics as I was completing my doctoral degree. It arrived and was quite beautiful! However, when my diploma arrived, I noticed the diploma was significantly larger than the frame that was sent. The opening for the diploma in the frame was 8x10 and the diploma is 11x14. I inquired about the difference because the website indicates that the one frame would fit all degrees. Sure enough, the diploma does not fit. The woman I spoke to indicated that, "the size difference is significant, and it would cost significantly more to order." I'm sorry? Your website said it would fit, and it doesn't. They are responsible for replacing it so I have the correct frame, per their own website. I have asked for a full refund, but I also ask that this company be investigated for bait and switch policies. read more

I purchased a frame for $264. FedEx damaged it so it went back to the sender. They mailed another frame and it arrived with scratches on the frame. I am unsure if it they are packing incorrectly or FedEx is not handling correctly. There was no note on box that it was fragile. Now, they say they will send more parts. I am over it! read more

Great product and great customer service! This company was recommended to me by someone at my alma mater. My diploma is old because, well, I am old and graduated a long time ago. My diploma is no longer the standard size. Carol in Customer Service was great to work with. She helped me with my custom size and she and the company kept me updated throughout the production process. The final product is terrific! It looks fabulous and everything fits. I bought two diploma frames through them and the final products will look really snazzy hanging in my office. If you want a quality diploma frame, this is a great company to work with. Purchased two frames. One didn't come with the lock kit, but I didn't realize it until 3 months after my purchase date (never got around to opening and framing). Emailed them, and they promptly responded, and shipped me the missing lock kit. They're pricey like most frames our, but they're lovely and have a great customer service. Highly recommend! read more

My frame broke and I wrote a poor review earlier. Susan from Church Hill's customer service or management (I'm not sure) responded right away and fixed all of my issues with alacrity! I shared my response below because so few companies know this important fact about dealing with consumers of any type. Remember a poor review isn't a bad thing. It's a gift, now you know that a customer is unhappy and you have a chance to fix their issue. Dear Susan, How are you? I didn't bother asking for help because I have not had luck in similar situations. I'm very impressed with your proactive approach to resolving my issue. I've worked for many years in restaurant management, and no matter how good your product or how well-intentioned we are, mistakes and issues will always come up. What differentiates good companies from great ones is how they deal with customer service problems. Or, as I like to tell my staff, "problems are inevitable, so when they come up, find a way to write a great last chapter." When I tell this story again, I will have to add the chapter about how you dealt with my issue. Best customer service I have ever received (and that's saying a lot) When I called the customer service number someone picked up the phone. Like a real person picked up the phone, no waiting music or automated system. What's even more impressive that the women on the phone (Susan) was so sweet and knowledgeable. She reassured me the size I bought was right and I mentioned that I have a scratch or two on my frame possibly from transit she didn't even hesitate to send me a brand new frame! That's insane! She didn't antagonize me or ask me a million questions. She simply looked me up and told me they will send me a replacement frame tomorrow. For a company that doesn't rely on repeat business I was blown away. I'm spreading the word. read more

I really enjoyed the first frame I bought. I wanted to buy matching frames for my other degrees. Unfortunately the company shifted from wire hanging to a level-lock hanging system. As a military spouse we move often and I preferred the wire hanging method as there are multiple non damaging ways to hang. When I called to inquire about the difference I was told people prefer the lock-level and they wouldn't considered giving customers the option for hanging methods. I felt disheartened to be ignored despite being willing to pay extra for my hanging preference. read more
