When it came time to replace our deck, we knew we wanted a composite deck material and chose MoistureShield® with Cool Deck® Technology for our space, which gets full sun and can become very hot underfoot. All Decked Out was the only MoistureShield® contractor in our area, which basically made our decision for us. However, we still did our due diligence, checking references and photos, and were very impressed with so many rave reviews. Glen came out to look at our space & give us a quote and was a pleasure to work with from the get go. Courteous, reliable, responsive, detail oriented, a good listener & communicator, personable, and professional... Glen is everything you want in a contractor. We hired All Decked Out to demo our old deck, build a new one with post cap lighting, custom lattice work, and custom-built steps with tread lighting. We also used his recommended contractor for a new patio with seat wall and built-in hardscape lighting. Glen worked closely to ensure the deck rebuild and patio work were well coordinated. Glen listened and took into consideration our likes & preferences. He made recommendations based on our communicated vision for the space, and happily made changes requested by us. He maintained close contact throughout the project - stopping by to check on progress (or calling when he couldn't come over in person) to ensure things were going smoothly and that we were happy. Even after all the deck work was fully completed, Glen remained in close contact to ensure that the masonry and all work to create our custom patio went smoothly and to our satisfaction as well. The All Decked Out crew were true craftsmen who took pride in their work and were also a pleasure to work with - very professional, hardworking, friendly, neat, and polite. I spoke with another contractor that works with Ren they came to inspect my kitchen they said there were a lot of errors. The supposed to caulk the upstands and the countertops they told me no they don't do that. They were also supposed to seal the voids on the end of the wall where the two cabinets met and it was an empty space they didn't do that. I was out I was told by Wren that they were supposed to do this as well. They did a half ass job I would recommend them to a dog.

It was close to closing time when I called but decided to give it a shot as I needed a door installed ASAP. To my surprise, Dorian answered the phone. I let him know what I needed and he even came that same night after hours to do a consultation. Once he assessed, and understood the urgency he sent a quote that night, and made an appt that same week to install the door/door frame. He sent me all my options and picked everything up at Home Depot for me so I didn't have to move a finger. Dorian answered texts promptly, was very careful with his work, and kept me updated throughout the day on progress/issues he found when installing my door. While he was working he listened to my needs and customized the door to what I needed. At the end of the job he even offered to fix some messed up door locks in the house that my sister mentioned weren't working properly, free of charge. Everything was a seamless process from start to finish. You can tell Dorian takes pride in his work and it shows. I would highly recommend Dorian and the Handyman team for your needs. I wasn't happy about that because it would have been best to have the trees trimmed before all the snow and wind storms... After making 5 calls to them in mid-April I finally connected with Faith again who told me I was 2nd on the list of jobs. Then I got a call today to let me know they were not doing anymore tree work this spring and I am SOL. I am surprised by how unprofessional this interaction was and now I am back to getting proposals from other companies. The worst part is I would never have known they were not planning on doing the job unless I was so persistent in calling. Bottom line: Don't waste your time.
