A perfect example of this was when Jon noticed that the color of the Trex decking was not uniform. He went back to the supplier several times to get new decking and made sure that the color and shade was identical. From the very beginning, when we were discussing plans, to designing the deck and arranging for all the permits Jon was wonderful.
