Mark came out and I pointed out the issue, he denied responsibility but he agreed he would come back and flash the bottom of the window so water wouldn't come in. After two calls we set up an appointment for him to return. The next day he didn't show up when after setting up an appointment. I called him he said he had forgot and he hung up on me. He never showed up nor did he return my call. Would you want to do business with a company this company ??

The old door had it on so the new door should have it on too. There over priced on there glass and door repair and make you wait over month for simple fix. North hill glass quoted us 2500 for repair and they quoted us 4,000 plus. Worst place ever...do your self a favor and take your business anywhere but here. I recommend North Hill glass..and there rude installer JC is rude and does poor job! not sure how this guy stays in business...save your money and don't call this glass company called quality glass just straight bad business‍‍‍
