I was told this business had been in the area for over 50 years. When choosing where to go to have…read morea new screen made I believed this business would fit the bill. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case with regard to getting your purchased product in the time promised. With a paid in full invoice before the order would be made to order. I did not mind paying my invoice in advance for a custom made to order item. The issue I have is with the companies turn around time. I paid in full at the time of order. Was told my screen would take two weeks to be completed. They would call me when it was done and I could pick it up. I was okay with that too. Unfortunately it has now been 3 weeks and four days and still no call to pick it up. I tried calling the business 5 times with no answer (and they offer no way of leaving a message to request a call back either). In this day and age REALLY? It just rang about 20 times with every call I made and then my call was dropped. So, I had a friend in the local area stop by their store in person to see if it was completed before I made the drive to pick it up from 30 minutes away. When my friend went to their store (which the internet shows was and should be open at 1 in the afternoon on a Tuesday). He found a note on the door saying they would be closed Monday 10/5/26. However, the day and date is Tuesday 10/6/26. I'm not at all happy with the poor communication from this business, their inability to complete my one item small order in the promised time frame, and the very unprofessional way they just close down leaving their customers in limbo. I expected much more from a business with a more than 50+ year foundation in the community. And a pay in advance policy. Again I'm okay with that polucy for a custom made to order screen. But, it would be nice to get what I paid for. Still no screen for my door. But they were paid in full almost 4 weeks ago now. Guess my only option is to keep calling UNTIL THEY actually pick up and tell me the store is sctually open and my screen is finished and ready for pick up??? I even felt the price was fare for a custom sized screen in this economy. No complaint on my end about price or paying in full before the order would be filled. THEY JUST DIDN'T FULLFILL THEIR PROMISE OF A 2 WEEK TURN AROUND, HAVE STILL TO CONTACT ME ABOUT MY ORDER, AND THEY CAN'T BE REACHED.......

We happened to notice their truck in the driveway and went out to talk with them. Repairman told us that the unit needed to be replaced due to a bad control panel. When they came out to replace, again, no one came to the door or called to notify us that they were coming. Noticed the truck in the driveway again and went out to speak to them as they were finishing. Both guys were more in a hurry to leave than to answer questions that we had. They told us that they were just going to leave the garage door open with the remotes inside and move on to their next job instead of coming to the door. Subsequent telephone call to the main office was answered, allegedly, by the owner who absolutely was not concerned with the extremely low level of customer service provided by his employees. We would never recommend Miller Garage Door for ANY service to ANYONE ever. They present themselves as a reputable, Christian company and they are nothing like that.
