Mark replaced a window because the seal was broken and water was coming in. The next day as I…read more walked outside I noticed the window he replaced was sticking out on on one side and not flush in the frame. Mark came out and I pointed out the issue, he denied responsibility but he agreed he would come back and flash the bottom of the window so water wouldn't come in. After two calls we set up an appointment for him to return. The next day he didn't show up when after setting up an appointment. I called him he said he had forgot and he hung up on me. He never showed up nor did he return my call. Would you want to do business with a company this company ??
