Two years ago…read more I was thinking of replacing my travel trailer's lead acid battery with two Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries. Marcus was recommended to me by a satisfied customer. He replaced the battery with two Lion Energy lithium batteries, moved the batteries location from the trailer tongue to inside the trailer's storage compartment as well as the associated wiring. He also rotated the head of the powered tongue jack 90° so the tow vehicle's tailgate could be lowered when the trailer was attached. Two years later and everything is still working well. Recently I was back in Texas during the 2025 January winter storm. My furnace stopped working one evening so I reached out to Marcus after normal business hours. He gave me some suggested areas to check out and within a 1/2 hour it was back up and running. I appreciate Marcus' friendly attitude, his knowledge and the quality of his work. Ryan at Busy Bee responded so quick before I got a chance to do research on the selected vendors. Just took a few sentences, I began to like his personality and direct answers. It appeared as what the website and other reviewers said. I quickly made a decision to hire this vendor. Ryan and his crew arrived at the specific time, after 3 pm because of errands on a Saturday afternoon. Gave me the quote as described on the chat. They took care of the master bedroom and a small portion of tiled bathroom. He left me an instructions for drying time. I also asked about the cost for cleaning they walking closet in the master bedroom. I skipped this time because I used it to evacuate the furniture from master bedroom. Busy Bees Carpet Steamer is based in Cypress area. My house is south end on the map. They are so nice. I'm going to treat them for lunch at Chinatown next time I use the service again.

We had 6 items on our repair list and an overall inspection. After $808.56 in repair costs and two separate calls...the main two items on our list were not repaired - adjusting the exterior door and replacing the stove light. Basically we were charged $800+ to replace 2 cabinet hinges, clean out a wasp nest and basic inspection. Total rip off and we will now have to take our RV to the dealership for the repairs requested. We would not recommend using this service
