I presented to Jo's gallery my initial design ideas and they worked with me to find the right Fraktur font that would fit my needs. They found the font online and designed the actual sign in front of me, using their state of the art software. It was absolutely amazing! I received my handcrafted wooden sign in less than a week. I am very pleased with it and my wife and I plan to consult with the Charley and Jo on future projects. They install signs and offered me that service. I told him I wanted to do it myself, so he added grommets and gave me the big zip ties to zip tie it to the fence and gave me advice about that. They checked out before me, left, the phone rings and they pick up the phone to help the customer on the phone before me as well. One of the girls working here is clueless, she doesnt know pricing, shipping times etc. I didnt make a big deal nor said anything but felt very disrespected that they fully helped two customers that came after me.
