We designed a custom ring, discussed options, made multiple 3D CAD renderings. When my girlfriend, God bless her, decided to change her opinions at the last minute, Sarah was willing to do the process over according to the new set of specifications. She gave me multiple moissanite stones to choose from and in the end, my fiancée has a ring that she loves. It turns heads and gets complimented all the time. I was very unhappy with a product they did for me and when I brought it back, I was told that was how I ordered it. When taking my order, the woman had a teenage girl complete the order, I was shown a picture of block monogram and I received scripted, when I took it back, they took out the stitching and acted like I just changed my mind. They treated me like I had the plague. They promised to redo it exactly like I wanted, and I hope it will turn out better. However, I will be ordering all my monogram and embroidery needs from the internet from now on. Their products and services are not so wonderful. Moreover, I think this attitude of "we don't have time to finish your stuff" is not helpful. People forget how easy online shopping makes hole in the wall stores obsolete. This shop is great for LOCAL needs, and for those who don't mind all the negatives, but I won't go back.

While the wife shopped, I had a nice conversation with the owner and her son. I was struck by the unusual (to me) combination of "pet store" and "decor store." I was pleased to hear how the dream came to be reality, especially since we're dog-lovers and enjoy finding distinctive home decor items. The pet food and treat selection, as well as the collars, leashes, and other accessories is out-of-this-world. The clothing and home decor items are interesting and varied. Their space is a restored building and that just adds character to the entire mix. We brought home a beautiful blue-and-white chinoiserie vase and a few other assorted items that caught our interest.
