The procedure process was more traumatic than the entire accident. Insane wait times and unnecessarily long appointments. Not to mention the complete disregard or care from their staff (doctors and reception). I left in tears because of how awful the tooth looked. Bulged out and was the completely wrong color (Gray). Receptionist and doctor both assured me I would just get used to it and wouldn't notice it after a week (not true). I was not even 18 years old. Only to find out I had to wait 5 years to get it fixed bc of insurance. As I waited these 5 years the tooth got worse. Smelt AWFUL and made me so beyond insecure. But I did not have the funds to cover $1,000 out of pocket so I decided to wait the 5 years. UPDATE: (10/11/24) 5 YEARS IS FINALLY UP. I went to Dr. Ralff who was able to do a speedy and caring job. When he inspected it he said that CEMENT AND BLOOD had leaked into the crown THEY put on. For 5 years I had to deal with a GRAY CEMENT AND BLOOD FILLED TOOTH IN THE FRONT OF MY MOUTH. Absolutely traumatizing. I would literally rather go any place than here. Even if it is an emergency do not go here this place is not worth your time or money. UPDATE #2 (01/15/2026); SIX YEARS LATER: Turns out I suffered 5 years with a gray and blood filled tooth that smelt like a Rotting Corpse for nothing. Because I still have to pay that $1,000 when I was told I had to wait 5 years (As insurance is deeming that it was unnecessary to be fixed because there was already a crown there).
