Dr. Loutfi is not only an experienced dentist but also just a nice person to be around. I received this bill while homeless. all services rendered to me were covered by Medicaid, as I was eligible to the best of my knowledge. this will now go on a credit report if unpaid. this will perpetuate poverty at least for me. doctors who accept medicaid and other larger health care facilities in my humble opinion should accept it period. having the patient especially ones that are destitute assume these financial burdens is a burden to everyone. especially to those that are underprivileged. this is a facility of desperation. perhaps.
