I have been asking for the completed forms all this time. I called AGAIN 2 weeks ago and spoke to her directly. She apologized, said they were complete and just needed to be scanned and sent within 48 hours. After a week, I stood by while my mother called last Friday. She was assured that she would email them that afternoon. I followed up on Monday and got another apology, but not the forms. I offered to come by to pick them up today (Wednesday). I waited almost 20 minutes because they were not ready. Nor were they complete (after 15 years, she could not list my mother's medications). At home, some serious inaccuracies were found, including unlisted allergies.

No response to our email request for an appointment, so we called, requested soonest available as my wife was not feeling well. Dr. Wall's assistant was most unkind and proceeded to inform us that the DR. would review our application and decide in approximately 2 weeks if she wished to have my wife as a patient. Nice bedside manner babe. We'll take our medical care somewhere else and tell others to do the same.

Dr Tran went thru my healthcare and history, and he made sure he had all the info. His demeanor is quiet but comforting, and since he cares for older patients , he carefully explains treatment, and testing. As I started this review, this was the 6th -7th " Dr" but most were nurse practitioners , and any Dr I did see were on their "15-20" minutes and couldn't have really became knowledgeable re my complicated medical history. I am so grateful to have been referred to Dr Tran. He is a rarity and I am so happy with him.

DR. WILLIAM LITCHFIELD isn't one of these robber barons. He extends himself to help his patients to the best of his ability and he makes them well. I am one of these fortunate patients. However, since seeing him in his office and the last two visits with PA Steiner, my opinion has completely changed on these guys. First off I'll say, I will never go back here and I don't recommend them. As pulmonary doctors, having asthma, a PFT test should be done, but that's not the biggest issue. I have a history of pneumonia in my right lung along with other issues. The last time I saw PA Steiner, I was extremely sick with pneumonia and other issues. He did absolutely nothing for me. Didn't offer any medications, no advice, nothing. I fortunately decided to go to pulmonary at the VA. She immediately ran a boat load of blood tests, ordered a CT Scan and a PFT initially which after that one a more advanced one. So this is why I'm not recommending these guys.... The blood work came back showing issues, the CT of my lungs came back showing issues, I'm waiting for the second PFT. These guys are Intensive and Pulmonary and did absolutely nothing for me or made any attempt to diagnose me. Beware if you have serious pulmonary issues. I should not have to request or demand for them to do their job. I'll stick with the VA as these guys did not want to do anything to help me or earn my business or recommendation.

The office manager, Shelly, shows a shocking lack of empathy -- which is unbelievable for someone working in healthcare. They are far more focused on money than on actually helping patients. I had just made a large payment toward my balance the week before, yet they refused to see me unless I paid even more on the spot. And they were the ones who made me schedule an appointment just to have FMLA paperwork filled out, even though I had already been seen the week prior and had just gotten out of a five-day hospital stay in severe pain. When I tried to explain that I had already paid, Shelly became confrontational instead of offering help. That set me off, and yes, we argued, because she was literally telling me to leave while I was in 10 out of 10 pain. And with nobody above her to escalate concerns to, I had nowhere to turn. They keep forcing unnecessary appointments even when I can barely make it in due to the pain I'm dealing with. It genuinely feels like they care more about billing than patient care. My experience with Dr. Keefe was just as awful -- he was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly made unnecessary comments about my weight, despite the fact that I've lost a significant amount over the past year and normally work out almost every day. I explained I couldn't work out while in 10/10 pain, and he still insisted I "should be doing it anyway." It was degrading and completely unprofessional. To make things even worse, Dr. Keefe refused to fill out my FMLA paperwork, claiming he "didn't know me well enough," even though the only reason I was seeing him was because my regular doctor is on maternity leave. When I asked what I was supposed to do, he told me to try to get my neurologist to fill it out -- even though specialists do not handle that type of paperwork. It was unhelpful, inconsiderate, and showed zero understanding of basic patient needs. I ended up having to call back about the mistreatment, and thankfully another doctor agreed to fill out the paperwork -- but I should never have had to fight that hard for something so simple while dealing with a serious medical condition. Not long after I stood up for myself about how I was treated and filed a complaint to the medical board about Dr. Keefe, they decided to discharge me as a patient. It truly feels like I was dropped simply for advocating for myself during a highly vulnerable time. This has been one of the most frustrating, dismissive, and disappointing healthcare experiences I have ever had. Luckily the doctor treating me in the hospital has a practice so I was able to get into him to help manage my condition but they show no empathy at all and just want your money!

We argued once and another time I had to lace him about his tone towards me. Another visit he told refused to refer me to get an ultrasound as a precautionary scan because he "didn't want to waste time and money for a test that wasn't necessary." I think he needs to remember patients go to the practice for themselves and it's not about him and his gut feelings. I moved my whole family to another practice as of last week. Working with people and delivery is essential when you are someone's PCP. Create relationships, be compassionate and be accommodating. No more free tips - someone audit him
