Unfortunately, because we were on a tour, we did not get to choose from the full menu and instead were served only potatoes, sausage, pork roast, and apple strudel. The foods tasted very good. We very much enjoyed watching the staff work in the kitchen and I LOVE that they had vegetarian and vegan options. Vegetarian poutine is so rare that whenever I see it, I almost always get it! These fries did not disappoint - they were loaded! The gravy in the poutine had excellent flavor and the cheese curds were a little melty and super stretchy. They also piled high with the jalapenos!
