It was a coincidence they arrived near the same time during the arrival windows, and not a problem at all, they said it happens all the time. For context, this is about $1,000 to $2,500 job, not a $150 job, but not an enormous $50k job either. I introduced the 2 electricians, they were friendly and professional to each other and to me, we had nice initial 5 minute introduction conversation. Dan asked very few questions and he didn't write anything down, it felt more like Dan was there for show than to learn about the project and create an honest, accurate quote. Dan left after about 10 minutes. The other electrician took notes, asked great questions over an additional 15-20 minutes to ensure he truly understood everything involved and needed, he gave thoughtful feedback and provided a professional, comprehensive quote. Dan Levinsky literally left and was never heard from again. He provided no feedback, no quote and no follow up. Nothing. Dan proved that exactly what was experienced in the first experience with him, was indeed accurate, there was no misunderstanding, he showed his true colors. Dan showed poor communication, zero follow up, he can't be trusted or counted on to do what he says, his advertising is not true, and there's no way I would hire his company. I would absolutely not recommend Dan Levinsky and Sons Electrical.

We didn't get any heads up of when the technicians were going to arrive and it's especially rude during times of COVID because we can't really eat while they're here. Thankfully, the two technicians were able to fix our washer by replacing a part for a relatively low cost. However, weeks later the entire transmission broken. We hired someone from another company to take a look and they basically said the part that was replaced was utterly useless and we had to replace the entire washer. We trusted the new technician because he didn't even charge us a fee to take a look at the issue and we didn't buy the washer from his company.

I found out when the tech arrived that there's an extra fee for that. My appointment was set for 10am, at 1030 I reached out to customer support to find out where the tech was as he hadn't arrived or made contact. I was told the tech would contact me within 15 minutes for a status. An hour later I got the call saying he was booked and wouldn't be able to make the appointment time. The tech finally arrived at 5pm! While this might seems like a technician issue, it's scheduling in the company. After instal was complete (and the tech left all the trash laying around) I was charged an extra $20 by the company for no known reason.
