House rental... I recently had the misfortune to rent a…read morehouse at 150 Barclay rd in Deep Creek Newport News. I lived there only 4 months. Even though i was paying regularly and paid more than $10,000 in 4 months he (Adam Clocmur) was intolerant that i was temporarily struggling and threatened me daily with notices and text messages telling me to vacate in 5 days.. so even after i gave him $1,150 he filed for posession the very next day!! The house is grossly overpriced and if the craftmanship of the renovation of this property is any indication of their professional skills dont hire them. It will be overpriced and underperformed.. I have stopped friends family and co workers from what i believe would have been overpriced sub standard work on their businesses and homes...

We didn't get any heads up of when the technicians were going to arrive and it's especially rude during times of COVID because we can't really eat while they're here. Thankfully, the two technicians were able to fix our washer by replacing a part for a relatively low cost. However, weeks later the entire transmission broken. We hired someone from another company to take a look and they basically said the part that was replaced was utterly useless and we had to replace the entire washer. We trusted the new technician because he didn't even charge us a fee to take a look at the issue and we didn't buy the washer from his company.

Excellent customer service, they were patient and professional whenever I had questions about the process which led me to use their service once more. Fast forward to today. On planning the move, once more the staff were excellent to assist with my planning as I knew there was going to be some delay between the time of packing and the availability of my new residence. They made me feel secure in a plan to pick up my trailer on 31Aug and deliver it promptly on 09Sep. The customer service professional advised me of an ideal plan and that they would hold my items if they happened to arrive too early. No problem, right? However, they didn't pickup on 31Aug as described, unknown to me I had to call for trailer pickup that was supposed to be pre-arranged but a call cleared that up on 01Sep and they hauled it off. Since then, the trailer has been parked in Winston Salem, NC. A follow up call to their toll-free number on 08Sep to a less than interested employee suggested it may arrive on the 11th but they do not deliver on weekends so it may be the 12th...13th...14th even. At this point I'm wondering if I am going to require shopping for a new wardrobe to start my new job at my new location. The truck location still showing Winston Salem, NC and it's the day it was intended to be delivered. I have had to reschedule my unloading staff appointment and have no idea when to expect arrival of my belongings. My first experience would have been a 5/5. This experience, I would rate a 1/5. At this point I feel concerned my property is not secure and that it has not made any movement in 9 days.
