We called this place and they immediately took our car in. They had to order the window but said it could be done by Monday at 9am, maybe earlier. They ended up not being able to finish until Monday at noon but at least they got it done for a reasonable price and the work looked pretty good (it's held up so far!). They seem pretty busy so I don't know if they're the fastest shop if this was during the week. But they were very nice and I really appreciated having a place take care of things on a weekend. Maybe a slightly overpromise and slight underdeliver but all in all would come back here if we needed service.

The first time, they installed it and there were a few crooked areas. And they had also broken a clip under my passenger seat. It's over an hour drive, one way, to get here from where I live, and they had it for a few days. When I called the dealer to let them know, they drove it back down to Beaverton and only fixed it partially (had it again for a few days). Was told that was the way the leather was sent to them, with no solution offered to fix it (my middle arm rest is still crooked today). I had to call yet again and let them know the housing for the car seat latch system was loose. Neither the dealer or I was able to fix the housing. A woman at the dealer pointed out other issues she found too. A month and a half later they finally fixed the car seat latch housing but I've found more broken clips for my seat since then. And my arm rest still doesn't look right. This is a nightmare how low the quality control is at Classic Soft Trim...and the lack of follow up/trying to make it right. I wouldn't recommend using them for upholstery/leather.

They installed a complete dual-battery setup with a 2000W Krieger inverter, giving the truck a dependable and practical power system. Kyle also upgraded the engine wiring with a Big 7 kit using heavy-gauge 1/0 & 0/0 copper cabling, which noticeably improved the strength and reliability of the charging and electrical system. This kit included all the grounding straps, battery, alternator, starter cabling, and the cabling needed for the additional parts in the project. To keep everything monitored and operating properly, Kyle installed a Li Time 500A Smart Shunt, allowing me to track the charging system and battery performance closely. He also added a NiLight Dual Battery VSR Smart Isolator kit to help manage the two batteries efficiently and protect the starting battery. Kyle also added an A/C outlet in the bed of the truck, which lets me plug in anything I may need. What impressed me most was the care they put into the installation. The wiring was clean, secure, and thoughtfully laid out, and they took the time to explain how everything worked.
