After a dozen ex rays and multiple employee examinations the doctor/dentist told me that they would check with their lab and see if they had the fittings to work with the implants and get back with me. Well it's been two weeks and I have called four times to get my answer. I have left messages and there is always a she's out to lunch, she's with a customer.... I leave my name and number with the person on the phone being told that they would get right back to me. Nothing not a message or a call. Called the office…read morethat day and they rescheduled me for Friday July 10 at 10:00am and they're closed I'm not sure how this office works but I'm very disappointed in this situation will be taking my business somewhere else, thanks for the warm welcome. Wonderful scheduling system and the woman who rescheduled me had an attitude have better customer service and if you don't like working with people find a new job. (:
