The people who work here are very nice. The concept is solid. But the execution needs a bit of work. When I first joined their membership program, I would drop my dog off, go to the Publix next door for groceries, and get a call within 30 to 45 minutes that he was ready to be picked up. That was three short months ago but it seems they've now accepted more clients than they can handle. Now, it's a minimum of two weeks to schedule for a basic bath and, if you want anything beyond that, it's a month minimum. Then, when you arrive to drop your dog off, if there's another dog in there being checked in/out, you have to wait outside in the blazing heat because they don't have a good process for having more than one dog in their lobby at one time. They are always running behind so the service that used to take 30 to 45 minutes now takes minimum of an hour and a half. And you can't leave the dog there for any amount of time after their service is completed so the only option is to sit and wait...too short of a timeframe to go all the way home but long enough that sitting to wait is an inconvenience. So, I show up on time for my service but, because they're running behind, my entire day is now thrown off because I have to accommodate their inability to operate in a timely manner. It's not worth the $45 a month I pay for a membership that, to be honest, is a huge hassle to utilize. Like I said, the concept is solid and, if they could figure out their lobby situation and get enough staff to be able to run on time, then I'd be 100% on board. As it is currently, it seems they've bit off more than they can chew and people don't have time for that kind of inconvenience. I'd rather pay $50 more to have a mobile service come to my house to clean my dog. read more
