Throughout the 8 months, these are some examples of how the customer service and communication were lacking: - Jesus no-showed on 2 in person appointments that he made with me. - I missed at least one deadline due to it not being communicated on time. - There were many times "their email wasn't working" for multiple weeks, but they didn't bother to let me know that mode of communication wasn't working. - There were countless times that I had to ask for updates because they didn't communicate regularly what the status of my business license was. - I found out about some surprise licensing fees several months into the process that I would have expected to know upfront.
