My name is Shea Hinkle, owner of Shea's Auto Automotive Repair in Albuquerque, NM, and partnering with DRIVE has honestly been one of the best decisions I've made for my shop. I used to wear all the hats -- service advisor, manager, problem solver, and everything in between. It was overwhelming at times, and I knew something had to change. DRIVE helped bring structure, clarity, and consistency to areas I was struggling to manage on my own. From improving our customer communication to tightening up our internal processes, everything feels more organized and less stressful. What really stands out is the people behind DRIVE. They don't treat you like just another account -- they actually care about your success and take the time to help you understand and improve your business. Since working with DRIVE, I feel more confident in where my shop is headed, and I finally feel like I have a system and a team supporting me. If you're a shop owner who wants to grow, get organized, and run a better business, I highly recommend DRIVE. read more

This company has changed my life. When I first joined my company was in shambles. I'm in Hawaii and truly felt alone on a rock in the middle of the pacific. They approached my problems systematically with just enough push on me to not put me over the edge of the cliff. In business it's real easy to think everything is fine when in reality you're on the brink of bankruptcy. This has been a fantastic run and I now get to enjoy the life I really want which is surfing everyday. I still run the owner stuff and my manager runs the operations. I could not have achieved this level of success without Drive. Thank you Drive team. We love you all!!!! read more

If you have anything but a auto mechanical repair business, for my example a Body shop go else where. I have a body shop and after the $2000 down payment and $394 a week i talked to my couch for an hour a week and when i finaly did a "work shop" I found out it was all based on a mechanical business not a body shop. After the 4 day work shop, I am told that i should come do a live work shop at the expo, but then told that my plan does not cover 2 work shops and if i want to add it to my plan it would make my weekly payments $482 a week, for a year!!!! That is $5000 for a 4 day work shop i did over zoom. WTF read more

They hire great people - that ells me they're smart and recognize talent when they meet it.

Without a Doubt the most helpful and top of the line full service consulting and business coaching company there is, hands down THE BEST. The genuine care factor for the clients absolutely is top priority of each and every staff member. With this company it is obvious the every client is a VIP. I can say from personal experience that without the help from DRIVE my life, my family's life would be much different and I would have been stuck in the trap of just getting by and working harder rather than smarter, yeah business education that is industry specific is life changing, believe my I have seen this from both sides of the fence. Management Success is was NOT a success for us. $13K program to tell me how to talk to customers & how to do basic organizing at your shop. We wen't to their 2 day weekend seminar. 2nd day of the seminar they had some shop owners talking that how good was this program & how they start making money.(paid people) In the end sales people take you to separate room to hammer you with this great deal if you sign up same day you get $4k off from regular price. We decided to signed up for 6 months program,. sales rep named Robbie promised that this includes service writer school training & they will help you to find new employees. Absolutely NOT True. Come to find out later in the day they want to charge extra 5K for 5 day service writer training??? wow, 5K for 5 day training???? Plus they tell you put add in craigslist or bunch of other useless places to find employees. What a bunch of B.S. I've been in the business for over 25 years, in my honest opinion this program is not worth that much money, if it was 2K for the amount of info they give you, then I'd say it's ok. IT'S NOT WORTH THE $$$$$$ read more

Five years ago I was tired overworked and underpaid .Funny thing about that I was working for my self. I was working for my customers and for my vendors. Nothing left for me. I was tired from working six or seven days a week 70 to 80 hrs a week at the expense of my family. We still have along way to go. I am currently working only 4 or 5 days a week. Have increased business 30% each year with the help of ms. Things are looking up read more

All I can say is I may not be in business today if it wasn't for these guys. Here is an email I recently sent my consultant: RJ, If you notice a change in my attitude I can credit most of it to the amazing weekend I had in my MS workshop two. You were right I literally was handed the owners manual to my auto repair shop - I wish I had started with you guys sooner. Jim is a great teacher, I keep realizing more and more how much I learned. What changes things the most was on my way in to work on Tuesday, I was pretty down about my situation when I realized I was in "cause" of the shop and living the effect of my situation. I realized it needs to be reversed - the shop needs to be the effect of my actions and my actions will determine my future. Starting with actively recruiting techs instead of standing around waiting for resumes of people looking for a job - this way I get the good techs not the ones out of work. I find out who's good and call them to offer them a raise. We're going to build the best shop in town. I'm really excited about getting the shop to make me some money. I am really grateful for what you are all teaching me. Thanks again, Isaac read more

Back in 1995 I received a flyer in the mail asking me were the black hole in my shop was. Good question, I took the survey I found out real quick that I needed help. I owed everyone money I was behind on everything. So I went to the two day seminar. I held my head in my hands the whole time I thought to my self that these people were watching me. Because every thing that they said described what I was going through.I didn't say yes right away but then I decided to take a chance and oh boy that by far was the best move that I had ever made. THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME. Thank you read more

A little over 3 years ago I attended Management Success's seminar in St. Louis. They had so much great information about running repair shops I went ahead and signed up for their 6 month consulting service. In less than 3 years my gross sales has doubled. More important than that I'm working less hours and I've also hired additional staff which allows me to truly be the owner. The end result is I work less hours and I'm making more money. I can now pick up and leave and I don't worry about the business. Management Success has helped changed my life for the better. read more

My husband and I have been with management success for just one year. We are looking forward to working with them for many more years to come. We have received the best consulting of any management services. They have trained us in controling the front end office, communications, advanced marketing, and estimating. We are looking forward to receiving more training with this company. In addition to services offered by management success, the support received through the shops networking programs they have established are extremely beneficial. I always know that I can pick up the phone and call any shop owner to help me. Best business consulting firm around. Have been with them for years. Would recommend to every automotive business.

When I first started my business it was just myself, doing everything! After being with management success for a few years I have 3 full time technicians a full time service writer and that leaves me free to manage the business as a owner. I have realized that you will get out of management success what you put into them. If you dont do what they say you will get angry because there will not be any results, but if you trust them and do the steps they tell you then you will see results. I like management success and will continue to recommend them to my fellow shop owners that could benefit from thier expertise. read more
