Matt is amazing, At first, I was reluctant to hire him, as he is not the cheapest one out there, but my worries were quickly allayed. 1 - He is very fast, precise, and unlike the handyman/maintenance people I have hired for $20/$30/hour in the past, I have never had to redo something he did. He gets is done right the first time and fast. He is very fair. He doesn't charge for phone call, coordinating, minor stuff. We were install keyless entry system and a code was missing. There was an hour-long wait on their tech support line. He did a project to install 2 keyless entry systems for us and there were issues with the units. It was all very high-tech. He figured out the issue on his own time and brought in the solution. Done. 2 - He is super professional and knows his tuff 3 - If he doesn't know something complex, he quickly googles it or find a video and doesn't waste your time (or money) figuring it out. 4 - He found (and I had him fix) doors that didn't close properly, things that were installed crooked, and other mistakes by my cheap maintenance man. He is like a perfectionist, but not in a way that is going to cost you money. 5 - He has a Home Dept. by his house and knows where everything is. Saved me a ton of time and money. Matt is a standup guy. I couldn't be happier with the work he and his guys did and the price was truly reasonable and for all the work that had to be done, I couldn't have gotten a better deal. I needed the facia replaced and when I called Angi's home improvement they stood me up twice. I spoke with the 2nd guy regarding all the work that needed to be done and he never showed up. The installation involved hiding all wires in the wall and installing a power plug up on the wall behind the TV. Not unexpectedly, there were some glitches in the install process, but the young man they sent to do the work, Chris, being a very pleasant, patient and accommodating young man did what it took (a lot of extra time) to get it right. Through no fault of the company, the final cost of the install turned out to be a fair bit higher than what we had been expecting. When that became known, the owner of the company, Matt, exhibited a rare and much appreciated level of consideration and generosity toward his customers. Being uncomfortable with the size difference between the expected and final amounts, he spontaneously and generously wrote off a significant portion of the increase.
