Scat came out to my house quickly, the technician was on time and friendly, and he didn't try to sell me any services I didn't need. Service price was comparable with other organizations in the area. They also helped with my ant problem and have a nice guarantee if there are any additional problems that happen. Would definitely recommend them to anyone struggling with pests. read more

They electronically send your next appointment/time. If this doesn't work they will call you. Technicians are very punctual & thorough plus respectful of property. They will return at no charge if pest problem persists. I have worked with this company for over 6 years & see no reason to change. read more

Local owned business that does a phenomenal job on a tough issue. We used Scat to control ants a few years ago, and those buggers were gone gone gone for 3 years! Most recently had them out for another issue, and per their normal they did a great job. read more

Got bugs? Call Scat! I've had Scat Pest Control come out twice for two different things. They do a wonderful job, and don't speak to me like I'm stupid. They even noted they wouldn't charge me for something that others were going to because they felt it wasn't right. The service people are friendly, honest and forthcoming. 100% recommend them! They also came all the way to mid town Indy from Westfield! read more

I am extremely impressed by this company. The woman I spoke to regarding scheduling was very knowledgeable and was able to get us in quickly. I called on Friday morning and we got a Monday appointment. The exterminator who was out to spray gave us a ton of helpful information, was very kind to our dog who refuses to give people personal space, and did a thorough job around the house. I will definitely be recommending Scat and using them in the future. read more

I've had bad experiences in the past using exterminator services where everything was an upcharge and did poor quality work. I used Scat and couldn't be happier! Micah came out and was extremely professional and educated me on causes for the mice problem. He took the time to answer questions and gave additional guidance on other things to look out for. I will be using Scat in the future and would recommend them to others. read more

My wife's family has been using SCAT for decades and love them so much you become friends with them. We almost have them come out too often because my wide would do monthly if they allowed it. read more

Ever since starting service with scat my life has been so much better. I hate all things creepy crawly and the pros at Scat have kept my house free and clear. I do the quarterly service and think it is worth it. read more

We had some sort of bee issue that was not going away with everything we threw at it so I found this company via Yelp. I called on Tuesday and they were able to schedule me for Wednesday. Then, they called back and were able to come out the same day! Now, they do only take cash or check, but they were nice enough to allow me to send a check through my bank since I do not have paper checks nor did I have the $165 in cash. The owner, Mark, came out and took a look and immediately told me they were yellow jackets! I was horrified! I had been stung by one a few weeks back, but we didn't think it was from that and even worse, they had stung one of our dogs multiple times. . They had found a way to get into the foundation of our house, which is brick! My husband had applied every known remedy to kill them, but nothing had worked. They also informed us to never attempt to seal the hole because it could push them into your house. He suited up and sprayed the area and was done. He told me to avoid that area for several hours and we should not see any alive after three days. I didn't see any after that night and his service is guaranteed. Can't recommend this service enough! read more

Very responsive and quick to our needs. It's been a few weeks or more and no return of our pest problem. Quick service and worth the value. Scat pest control didn't try to convince us to sign up for a contract that is hard to get out of later! Highly recommend!! read more

Excellent service! The tech was on-time, helpful and very informative on my mouse problem. I would highly recommend and will be using them again! read more

Mark with SCAT pest control was amazing. He was on time and inspected our house/garage and backyard for termite damage and to see if our home had ever been sprayed for termites before. Luckily it had! He was very informative, reassuring and trustworthy. I highly recommend SCAT as they are an honest company with no gimmicks. Thank you! read more

I used scat a few times now and signed up for their quarterly service. Whenever they visit my pest problem goes away for at least 9 months. I should be good to go now that I'm on their quarterly plan. Very happy with the results and they are always very friendly and easy to deal with. Highly recommend read more

These guys are the best. They came out quickly and got the job done. Great local business and I will absolutely be calling them again when needed! Courteous, friendly, and got the job done!! read more

If I could give the folks at Scat TEN stars, I would. Mark and his staff are always pleasant, helpful, and responsive. They guarantee their work and always remind you that they'll return if the job doesn't get done correctly the first time. (I've never had to call them back.) I don't think twice about having them in my home. I've used them once for mice (worked like a charm) and annually for ants. I've not compared their prices with any of the national franchises, but I've never had sticker shock. And I'm happy to support a locally-owned business. read more

Awesome.. Daniel was friendly, professional and kind.. A family company, which is obviously better!!! Wonderful and will be using them again next year!! read more

They were very prompt about returning my phone call, and sent someone out the same day. The weather was turning wet and cold and we caught a mouse in the house, so they came and put some bait in the garage and basement crawl space. Their rate was very reasonable ($95 vs. $155 of another Carmel pest control company), and the service was very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend them if you have a rodent problem. read more

Scat has made my life so much better!! I don't know why I didn't get out house sprayed earlier. For the past 3 years, we have had the worst ant problem at our house. I was using sprays from the hardware store which would work for a few days, but not this long. We haven't seen any ants since they sprayed a month ago. And their prices are reasonable too. Thank you Scat!!! read more

Scat is a fantastic local business that I'm happy to endorse. My home is in a heavily wooded area, which equals lots of critters and creepy crawlies. Before getting on a regular maintenance plan with Scat, our house was like a terrarium from your worst nightmares, with the 8-legged abomination who shall not be named the biggest culprit. Since we've started quarterly treatments with Scat, I can happily say the creepy crawlies are kept to a tolerable minimum. We've also had a few special circumstances including carpenter bee and flea infestations, and some woodland critters living under our porch. They are always extremely responsive, reliable, and full of helpful preventative advice, despite the fact that said advice might equal less revenue-generating opportunities. These special treatments come coupled with an annual guarantee, which is a nice reassurance. They present themselves in a very professional manner, and I really commend them for doing a stellar job at one of the jobs not many want to tackle. read more

We had some little bugs all over the carpet by our Christmas tree. We called Ellen at Scat and she got back to us within an hour. Another family around our area had the same issue and Scat actually sent the bug to Purdue for identification. Ellen explained the bugs were Aphids from the tree and it would be a waste of money to have them come out. How often does that happen? This is the second time we have used Scat and they have been exceptional. read more

This is my 3rd year using Scat. I have carpenter bees and wasps outside and my kids are afraid to go out there and play. I call Scat they are here in a day. They spray the 'safe for plants and animals' spray and within a week they are gone! Scat has a 100% guarantee and they stand by it! Scat is the most reasonably priced, the most professional, AND just really nice people. Locally owned and operated( the owner sprayed my house for me). I ABSOLUTELY recommend Scat and have to all of my friends and neighbors. Scat has been out to at least 4 houses on my street already. read more

Would definitely recommend - on time, professional, well spoken, knowledgable, was thorough in explaining everything to me. They were recommended to me by my mom - who had them come out for mice and had great things to say. I called them to my house when I developed a mouse problem and I was impressed! My tech, Sean, was awesome. Highly recommend! read more
