She said it will and also recommended a tint. Trusting her, i said okay to everything she suggested. The process took an hour or so and for the most part, the solution she used bleeds to my eyes. They sting so bad I was literally tearing up. After doing my lashes with my eyes still burning even after her doing a little rinsing, she asked me to open my eyes, I said it still stings and was hoping she'll give me some time. She raised the head part of the chair and again asked me to open my eyes. The lashes on my right eye looked good but my left lashes were overcurled and fused and looks like they got over treated. I have poor eyesight and since my eyes still sting right from the procedure, i didnt notice my left lashes being damaged. I wanted to go back to the studio but I dont think I can tolerate more pain for another solution being put on my eye to get it fixed. 8hrs after my lash lift and my eyes sting burning.

I randomly met Tiffany when I was getting my nails done. I found out she did facials and I needed a new esthetician. I took a chance and I am so glad I did. When I entered, no one greeted or acknowledged me. I eventually asked if anyone had availability and was told that all of the stylists had left for the day. I was asked to leave my number and told that "maybe someone will call you." I left my number but never heard back. I later came across Michelle's Instagram and contacted her directly. She was able to book me for a haircut a few days later. When I arrived for my appointment, there was a woman at the front desk on the phone who looked at me but didn't greet or acknowledge me. Since it was my first appointment there, I wasn't sure whether I needed to check in or wait. Even after she got off the phone, I still wasn't acknowledged. I sat down and noticed Michelle nearby on her phone. After sitting there for a couple of minutes without anyone saying anything, I finally got up and asked her if she was Michelle. Michelle was nice during the actual service, and I left her a generous tip. However, once I got home and looked more closely at my haircut, I noticed some long, thick sections in the front that I wanted adjusted. I messaged her and politely asked if she could fix them, even offering to pay extra if necessary. I never received a response. I ultimately went to Pomp Salon to have my hair corrected, and the difference in the customer experience was noticeable. I was greeted, acknowledged, and made to feel welcome from the moment I walked in. For me, this wasn't just about the haircut.
