They were also a waste of time when they did not agree to the pick-up time that they had scheduled. I also have an issue with them in customer service because they are boasting that they are 15 years in the business, but the way they deal with the business is very, very rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend them; find another junk car buyer.

I found Car Compass online and I can tell you now, I will use Angus and his services for every car I ever buy in this city. Considering his breadth of knowledge as well as the time and money he saves, I don't know why anyone would buy a car without his or a similar service. He does new and used cars, negotiates leases, high-end cars down to budget options... in any way you might need to acquire a car, Angus is your man. From the first initial conversations and interview through to the final purchase (where he drove me to the dealership, totally beyond the call of duty), Angus was polite, friendly, knowledgable and not in the least bit pushy. An initial detailed interview was followed up a week later with a brilliantly comprehensive presentation outlining the various options that were in my budget and wheelhouse. He then organized all test-drives and came along to help me ask the right questions, pointing out strengths and weaknesses of every option. He knows the dealerships and knows cars, so they don't give him any BS. In the end, I chose the perfect car for me, and he then negotiated a good deal. The whole process couldn't have gone smoother. (On their quote site it has a box to indicate if the vehicle runs or not) He proceeded to tell me I am a meth head and to seek help for not accepting the offer. I said only a meth head would actually allow such a rip off? He carried on saying that he has my location and IP address. He threatened me and wrote to watch out if I post anything negative online about him. Sounds to me like this Dan Sullivan character is a sick individual. Stay away from him and this makeshift so called "business." Scary!! I would sooner donate a car to someone in need than take 4 hundred dollars for a vehicle that is in stellar operation.

When their driver showed up and tried to hook up he had all kinds of reasons why they would need two trucks and therefore not pay the quoted price. Promising to arrange for two trucks he left. I called their number to check on the progress of the pickup plans and they never got back to me. So I called another guy who offered more for the car, showed up with the same kind of truck Auto Heaven did, hooked up and was gone in less than 15 minutes. So, shop around. There's plenty of competition for scrap cars.
