I recently relocated back to Toronto and needed a car. I have both limited time and limited knowledge of cars, their various strengths and weaknesses. Considering his breadth of knowledge as well as the time and money he saves, I don't know why anyone would buy a car without his or a similar service.
He does new and used cars, negotiates leases, high-end cars down to budget options... in any way you might need to acquire a car, Angus is your man.
From the first initial conversations and interview through to the final purchase (where he drove me to the dealership, totally beyond the call of duty), Angus was polite, friendly, knowledgable and not in the least bit pushy.
An initial detailed interview was followed up a week later with a brilliantly comprehensive presentation outlining the various options that were in my budget and wheelhouse. He then organized all test-drives and came along to help me ask the right questions, pointing out strengths and weaknesses of every option. He knows the dealerships and knows cars, so they don't give him any BS. In the end, I chose the perfect car for me, and he then negotiated a good deal.
