Showing scaring video from youtube with vehicle had their tire off. My gut Feeling always write! Went to pick it up and David kept me 2 hours. He was rude! seemed upset to cancel my service, delayed and act very strange. Finally before i got my keys he said : You will hear rattling and noise that wasnt there... cause mechanic start putting it apart. I made sure to text David and called him asking to DO NOT START LABOUR ON MY CAR UNTILL I CALL. He still did not hear me. Finally took my car to my mechanic to get second opinion and all the claims done by David was a lie. That is not all. Don't have time to explain everything happened in details. Advise to everyone is run away from this scamming place. Horrible place to service your car! Unless you just want to pay for non existing problems .. Good Luck evryone! A.M.

Even airbags warning light also came on at delivery and they asked me to drive it away. When I raised these concerns, the dealership repeatedly denied all issues and did not provide any practical solution, so I decided not to argue further. I have filed a complaint with OMVIC and submitted all documents. Depending on the outcome, I may also pursue Small Claims Court. Once my vehicle was at Menzies Chrysler the technician stated that he took the vehicle for a road test and could not hear any abnormal noises. So I picked up my vehicle after paying the $185 diagnostic fee. I asked to speak to the mechanic who drove the vehicle and asked if he could take a drive with me in the vehicle. The entire drive I sat in the passenger seat and the technician drove with the window open and kept saying he couldn't hear any noises. When even I could hear the noises in the passenger seat. He told me to continue driving the vehicle until the noise got worse and bring it back in. Last Thursday (2 weeks after my appointment at Menzies Chrysler) one of my employees called me stating that the drivers side front tire wheel well was smoking and that the truck was very hard to steer. We had the vehicle towed to another ram dealership in Stouffville where they gave me an entire page of repairs required to fix the vehicle. The Stouffville ram dealership mechanic showed me that the drivers side front wheel bearing has a catastrophic failure which caused the brake caliper, brake rotor, brake pads, and front axle to basically melt. Now with over $5500 of repairs needed the Menzies Chrysler service team continually state that the problem has nothing to do with them and that the truck left them 100% mechanically sound. Even after bringing all documentation and photographs to the Menzies Chrysler service team they continually say that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle when it was at their dealership. After confronting the mechanic and the general manager instead of them coming up with solutions to remedy the issue they try to blame me because I had changed my own front breaks about 9 months prior. And further more when speaking to the technician and asking him if he has removed the front tire to take an in depth look (after paying the $185 diagnostic fee). He told me there was no reason to take the tire off because he hadn't heard any noises. As an experienced mechanic he should have done his due diligence, instead he was negligent in his practice and the general manager covering his mistake. Never will I return to this dealership after this experience.

    This dealer really does live up to the old stereotype of the "used car salesman", even when selling…read morenew cars. The sales agent will say anything to make the sale, being dishonest about features the car may or may not have or claiming they don't sell a certain brand of winter tire in order to make the bonus sale for pushing a particular brand. When it comes to servicing, despite making an appointment for a specific time, they have no intention of actually servicing your car then. No, this is just an appointment to "drop off" your car, and they'll get round to it sometime during the day when it suits them. Be prepared to wait for many hours for what should be a simple and quick service. When you complain, the salesmen promise to make things right, until it actually comes to making it right. Then they deny ever offering to help you and will reluctantly let you speak with a manager. A manager that will either tell you he can't do anything, or to take your complaint to GM head office. If you do take you complaint to GM, they refuse to help you saying you have to speak with the dealership. We've had nothing but dishonest and disrespectful treatment from Ontario Motor Sales, and consequently will never buy from them again.

    If I can give it less than 1 star I would. Since I bought a…read morecar from this dealership I hate their customer service, and the maintenance depart is the worst I have every dealt with. Car was making a noise when I hit 100-110k, I didn't notice when I bought it as I drove at 80 when I test it. I told them when I noticed it, no one care, then I took it in and they checked it and changed one tire and said it's good to go. I noticed the noise still there, they wouldn't come with me or even take it on the highway to test it saying it's danger to go above 100k, I said yes but even 100k you still hear it, this is the normal highway speed, still no one cared. A few months later I changed the tires to winter tires but the Mechanic didn't noticed the difference until the summer when I went to change the tires at Costco back to the summer tires, they refused as the tire the dealer changed was different one and Costco can't take the liability as this is danger. When I went back to the dealer they said it's compatible and they won't do anything. I ended up buying a whole new set costing me $1500. Then tried to install dashcam, the guy that installed it noticed something wrong with the rearview mirror as it should hook to it for power and it had no power, so I called in and they said go to the guy that install it, I tried to explain the power to the mirror has been missing since I bought it as I didn't know, I'm not a mechanic, then they said it will cost me to go to diagnosing. I will never go do maintenance there or buy another car from them ever again, and will make sure all my friends and family know.

    Took delivery of new Civic in Oct 2024 and the vehicle had deep scratches on DS mirror, the door…read morepillar panels were all scratched, a door was out of alignment and there was a chip in the front DS fender. Pretty sure the PDI is supposed to catch these issues and they should be addressed before the customer picks up the vehicle. The dealership agreed to replace the panels as well as replace the mirror assembly. Panel replacement required that the trim on all the doors also be replaced. The dealership had the vehicle for about three days and when I picked up the vehicle I discovered fresh scratches in the paint on the PS windshield pillar, DS window pillar, both mirrors as well as on the window seals along the door. There was a dirty fingerprint on the cloth door panel as well as dirty dust fingerprints on the PS door panel. The same dust/dirt marks were also on the edge of all seats closest to each door. I also discovered that they did not replace the mirror assembly as was promised and written on the work order. I sent numerous emails to the assistant service manager Sarah Evans as well as the sales manager Trevor Carew as well as the general manager. This was in November, and at no time has anyone from the dealership attempted to contact me to address my concerns. I realize problems can arise when servicing a vehicle, but professionalism would dictate doing the right thing and addressing the issue rather than ignoring the customer and hoping they will loose interest. Taken from the Whitby Honda website: If you're part of our "family", you already know about our commitment to outstanding customer service and satisfaction and to being your dealership of choice in the region. Sounds like a great commitment, unfortunately, I found that this is not always the case!
