My partner and I had made specific arrangements with Allam Bachir regarding a new vehicle purchase. Yet when we showed up as scheduled, we were told they would not honour the agreement we had made the previous day. When the Sales Director, Richard Alam, was contacted, he simply confirmed that decision in a dismissive, unapologetic way ... and walked away ! This kind of attitude, not only from the team who had misled us and proceeded with lying to our faces, but also from their management, is simply unacceptable. Thankfully in our case, this occurred early enough in the process that we had not yet committed to anything. Needless to say, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

When it comes to servicing, despite making an appointment for a specific time, they have no intention of actually servicing your car then. No, this is just an appointment to "drop off" your car, and they'll get round to it sometime during the day when it suits them.
