Quick and dirty: This is a convenient location for most all of your basic mailing and shipping…read moreneeds during the week without paying big box prices. We are selling our house out of state and opted to do a mail-away closing. I wanted a receipt because of the time time sensitivity and importance of the documents so, I found myself in need of a FedEx store. I wasn't aware of a location near me but after a quick online search found Quik Pack, which is an authorized FedEx location. When I went in, the place was very clean and spacious. It was under 3 miles away so I headed there! When I arrived, it was a little hard to find because there are no outward hanging signs but I found the store after driving about midway down the plaza because of the door lettering. There was plenty of parking. It was very clean and smelled great! There were plenty of envelopes for me to choose from and the owner was extremely helpful. He walked me through my options and made a suggestion on what would work best for me. We had a really good conversation. I got a receipt and term firmed my package was delivered I expected. Drop boxes are great when time and delivery confirmation aren't as critical but it was great to know that I have a store close to me with great customer service that I can now go to.

Finding the place was a little tricky at first (navigation got me a bit confused), but I'm glad I stuck with it. The staff here really knows their stuff. I spoke with them about color correction for some specific prints, and they were patient enough to walk me through the options without making me feel rushed. The turnaround time was pretty reasonable--not instant, but they definitely prioritize quality over speed, which I appreciate. My prints came out crisp and the color balance was spot on, way better than what you'd get at a typical pharmacy photo counter. Only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the pricing is a little on the premium side, and as I mentioned, the location isn't the most obvious if it's your first time visiting. But honestly, for the level of professional service and the final result, it's worth the extra few bucks. I'll definitely be coming back here for my next project."
