We also have a 2 year warranty on this sofa. Saxon-Clark picked up the sofa and kept it for over 3 months, then claimed that the manufacturer had fixed it. They had their delivery people bring the same sofa back to our house and it had not been fixed at all - they even stapled a new tag on this same defective sofa. The delivery guys also know it is the same sofa and they took it back with them. Ann at Saxon agreed it is the same sofa, but they will nut refund our money. After many more emails and phone calls, Ann has refused to return our money. We are out a sofa and over $2000 to this company. We are elderly and don't know what else to do. I guess this is par for the course in Florida.

They ask us to allow them to deliver one more time; that the supervisor will verify the 6 chairs are not defective and when the delivery drivers show up they have to open the box of new chairs which means they have not be inspected. The recliner I have to grease joints every year due to squeezing and grinding. The large sofa frame snapped about 3 months after the warranty expired. I sistered the frame and it's held but the one side sinks a little. The other one just snapped as well after my child sat down. Opening it up the frame broke the same way, bowing out. I looked at the other side and it was bowing a bit too. The center brace was installed with a piece of wood too short and is splitting as well. We have gotten maybe a quarter of the life out of them we should have gotten.

As soon as I entered, a salesperson named Gloris Estabas greeted me and showed me the mattress section. I asked about a "Buy One, Get One Free" promo, and although it didn't show up in her system at first, she later said she was able to apply it. However, she did not walk me through the full pricing details, including taxes and fees, before proceeding to payment. When it came time to pay, I used my bank card, but she claimed the transaction didn't go through even though my bank showed the charge was completed for the total of $1,032.54. In the end, I was charged for a mattress I never received, and no order was ever finalized in their system. When I spoke with the supervisor, she told me that the order was not completed and that I would need to wait until the next day to see if the money would be returned to my bank account. However, the money was never refunded, and it now shows that the item was paid to Rooms to Go. I contacted my bank and started a dispute, but I was told it could take up to 10 days. Meanwhile, I'm out over the total $1,032.54, did not received support from Rooms To Go, and my son still doesn't have a mattress. Very disappointing experience.

There's always something that catches our eyes when we are there and we have to think about quickly. They sell right off the floor so there's usually something different each time we visit. The staff is always helpful and in the past has shown us things we might like based on past purchases. There may have been a recent staff change as we didn't recognize the sales personnel that was there on the most recent visit. I wish we had a bigger house with more rooms so we can load it up with some more stuff from here. It's good quality stuff which comes with a higher price tag, but will most likely last for years beyond some of the particle board crap at the other stores (we own that too and is already falling apart).

Right at Home is now refusing to refund the balance of our payment for items not delivered, forcing us to go to Seminole County Court to seek collection in Civil Court. Our suggestion to all customers considering doing business with this company, think twice and research similar complaints. IMO, once a liar/cheater always a liar/cheat with no regard for others. I was able to do same day delivery on 2 items through Shipt and they arrived at my house in about 2 hours! My Shipt driver kept in contact with me and the Target app let me know the whereabouts of my items as well. The Target app is very user friendly and you are even able to tip your Shipt driver! they give 100% of your allotted tip to the driver, too. Very important! My other item were shipped and delivered a couple days later. Everything arrived perfectly and well packed as if I'd gone to the store myself. It's a very convenient service and I'm happy with my purchases. The prices of all items were comparable to other local stores. I will definitely be using this again.

I think to some degree, go here for what they are good at. Ah, now what are they good at? I am not 100% sure I am going to be able to give a coherent answer on that. What I can do is relate my experience. Needing some basic chairs, it was nice to go over a wide selection of possibilities, find something that works, and order it. The delivery took a bit longer than expected, but everything worked out well in the end. I also used them for a mattress -- as in just a mattress. It was a brand I never tried before. It was available online direct, but for something like this, it would be nice to actually try it out beforehand. The price was right, the delivery time for this, even better. So great on that front. As for the deliveries... Not too much to talk about. Be prepared, however, to ensure you got everything. The delivery people are going to put you on a live call where you affirm that you received everything. Then you have 24 hours to do a final inspection upon taking everything out of boxes, assembly, whatever. They were flexible with delivery timelines, which was a plus. Pushing it out another week due to travel was not a problem.

The delivery took a few days and was done on time, even earlier than expected that day. The delivery team were professional and set up everything very quickly. However, one of the chairs received was slightly damaged, which was very disappointing. Within the 24 hours to report any damages, I was able to quickly get the chair repaired in home. Overall, I would say we're pleased with the purchase and customer service at this time. I'm hoping any future purchases will also be as easy and go well.
