I can't comment on the atmosphere too much as we went there too early (and we were there off season so the whole resort was relatively quite). This small bar has got a good vibe to it, the drinks are ok but not very complex (they cant do cocktails and strangely for a place called Hemingway's Club they don't do Mojitos). This is a place where you should go really late otherwise you may find yourself very lonely (this happened to us around 11pm).

Best to make a reservation hours or 1 day in advance to get the better table in the back room surrounded by wine racks. Matteo was amazing with expert knowledge in all available wines and very fun demeanor and very attentive service. We ended up purchasing many bottles of wine (that we had tasted through their numerous wine tasting menu) and had them shipped back to the States right on site. If you like wine paired with amazing meats and cheeses, this is undoubtedly the place to go. Also recommended by all the locals we interacted with. Enjoy!!
