The board game selection is also solid, covering everything from lighter family titles to deeper strategy games. A staff member greeted me as soon as I walked in and spent a good amount of time chatting with me about different games and upcoming releases. That kind of genuine engagement goes a long way and really adds to the experience. The one thing I'd love to see in the future is a dedicated board‑game night. All that said, I'm genuinely glad to have this shop within a 20‑minute drive from home. It's a friendly, well‑stocked local store that I'm happy to support and visit again.

The business assured me they would hold it, but then, out of nowhere, I got a notification that it was sold--despite my confirmed hold request. When I called for clarification, they kept giving me the runaround: first, they were too busy to check, then promised a callback that never came. After multiple attempts, I think they just blocked my number once they realized I was still trying to reach them. Ironically, they were quick to update the listing that the item sold--no issue there. But holding a customer's item as promised? Apparently, that was too much. I won't be doing business here again, and I'd strongly caution others who need reliable service.
