It is certainly impressive being greeted by Spider-man battling Doc Octopus overhead. Tons and tons of comics, magazines, books, games, etc. So much to see hard to take it all in. The only thing I missed were the displays of beloved titles from the 1940s to 1960s. So I was told of a huge comic show in Boston and large stocks were sent up there. A very impressive store. Everyone was very helpful and answered questions that I had. I even brought a small box of my personal comics for them to look over. They liked the books and the condition and we agreed on a price for them. Very nice people and very pleasant atmosphere.

I saw issues that I wanted, as well as issues I didn't know I wanted. I enjoyed their toy section, as well. But I didn't partake this time because I bought waaay too many comics lol. The young lady at the counter was very helpful and nice. I really appreciated our conversation about the new Superman movie. It was a great visit even though the weather wasn't. I'd gladly take that trek from Charlotte anyway now that I've seen it for myself. If you're in the area, definitely check them out.

It is a bit small but not really an issue if it isn't jam packed with people. They had a decent selection of records in the heavy genres and I ended up finding three records I'd been wanting so I consider that a win! I would have liked to check out the larger store at north end but I was on a bit of a time crunch. Maybe next time I'm down in NC. Prices weren't bad. I also bought a shirt.
