This is not an easy job even for an experienced company and team of cleaners there is a lot to do it has to be done right or it can mean making me look bad when showing the apartment to perspective tenants & not getting the apartment rented as soon as possible costing me money. Well needless to say I was nervous especially because I wasn't in town and had showings scheduled the day I was getting back which of course gave me all of 2 hours to see how the cleaning went as that too was scheduled for the same day. I arrived at the rental unit & was honestly in shock!! I was aware this was a newer service and small business however, they advertised "apartment cleaning" at that time it was even in the business name & it was clear as to why, never have I gotten such extraordinary results I can honestly say that none of the previous cleaning services we've used even compared!!!! Not only was everything that we discussed completed but the quality of work was unsurpassed. As if that wasn't already enough I swear the owner Lisa must have read my mind. With my invoice was a small note card thanking me for choosing her company & explaining that she left a couple wax melts (u know the small candle heated things that u melt scented wax in ) as she thought that they'd "work better then an air freshener in making the apartment smell not only clean but welcoming as the future tenant walked through the door so they would instantly feel comfortable and have an easier time seeing it as a potential home." Wow!! Just Wow!! I had 3 showings that afternoon each commented on the amazing smell asking what it was & all 3 also mentioned the cleanliness of the apartment as a whole or at least one of the rooms etc. All 3 also chose to apply and it was rented the next day.. Needless to say we use Lussier's Cleaning Service for all our rental and personal properties to this day & choosing that new business turned out to be a great choice.
