She was then able to provide an immediate, reasonable quote for the total job, which was much better than an hourly rate, This made it easy to proceed with confidence on hiring her team. They worked to get our job scheduled promptly, and were on time the day of. Very thorough cleaning job, including deep cleaning of floors, surfaces, ceiling-fan blades, and in particular seven large bays of windows and sills that had not been cleaned in more than 10 years! The space was a large loft unit in a factory building - not a small job. The windows of this upper-floor space required particular care and safety to clean. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Am recommending them highly to others in my area.

The work dragged on, didn't finish when it was supposed... you get the picture. Daniella and Gusto changed their schedule several times, even arrived once only to find piles of debris, and equipment everywhere even though a promise to remove it had been made. They took it all in stride and took videos which helped us get the contractor on track. When they finally did get to clean they did a wonderful job. We have 11- 10' tall black black windows. Can imagine the dust? Each has black mini blinds. While I was smart enough to lift the 6 that were directly in the area of work, the other 5 are in bedrooms and they were often down and thickly covered with dust. We appreciated their patience and thorough cleaning enough to engage with them for occassional cleaning until we are able to make this our primary home. We have had our first cleaning with them, what a pleasure to come home to clean house after a month away. We hope to use D&G cleaning about once a month. Thank you Daniella and Gusto.

On Saturday, September 21st Jennifer texted me less than two hours before she was supposed to arrive asking to reschedule. At the time it wasn't a big deal, so we rescheduled for the following day at 4pm. Jennifer ended up texting me the next day, Sunday, again less than two hours before she was supposed to arrive for her rescheduled cleaning saying she wouldn't make it. We then rescheduled a second time for the next morning. She said she would arrive between 9-10am but she NEVER SHOWED! I texted her to see if she was still coming but never received a call or text as to why she didn't show! Jennifer had said she was more than happy to work us into her short term rental rotational cleaning but how could I trust she would ever show up to clean? Three different times she was supposed to come clean but never came! It's a shame because I was looking forward to working with Jennifer but this is very unprofessional. I guess she's just too busy to take on new clients!
