Can imagine the dust? Each has black mini blinds. While I was smart enough to lift the 6 that were directly in the area of work, the other 5 are in bedrooms and they were often down and thickly covered with dust. We appreciated their patience and thorough cleaning enough to engage with them for occassional cleaning until we are able to make this our primary home. Jennifer had said she was more than happy to work us into her short term rental rotational cleaning but how could I trust she would ever show up to clean? Three different times she was supposed to come clean but never came! It's a shame because I was looking forward to working with Jennifer but this is very unprofessional. I guess she's just too busy to take on new clients!

I will say they were polite and put our stuff where we told them. However, they damaged TWO of our dressers (took an entire corner off both) and didn't reimburse for either of them. Didn't give a discount, just apologized and charged the full price. Each one of the dressers cost $300.

I booked my appointment vía Yelp and received a confirmation within 24 hours. About 10 days later, when it became apparent that we weren't going to be ready on our original moving day, I called and asked to reschedule. Ethan accommodated me immediately and sent me a second confirmation without any hesitation. On the day of our move the gigantic truck rolled up 15 minutes ahead of schedule and the guys got to work! And damn, did they work HARD! I was only 95% ready for them so I kept packing up the last minute things while they hauled ass up and down the flight of stairs to our second floor apartment. They took one 15 minute break (No complaints from me! They deserved that, and more!) and then went back to work. At the end of FOUR HOURS the truck was packed and we were off to the new location. The guys grabbed an incredibly fast lunch in between places and were back on the job in less time than it took for Ethan to park the truck where he wanted it and have a look around. They worked for THREE MORE HOURS - again, up and down the stairs - and even took the time to make sure our boxes got to the right rooms. The whole time they worked I didn't hear a single complaint; not even an annoyed look or tone of voice. If they complained behind our backs...WHO CARES?! They kept every interaction professional and pleasant. (If our positions had been reversed I'd have been crying the whole day because I'm weak and old! ) The whole experience was great, from beginning to end. When it was done I felt like my "thank you so much" didn't even begin to express the extent of our gratitude for the amazing job they did. The final price was reasonable and we chose to tip each guy $30 for their exceptional work. In talking to someone later, I discovered that it's not typical to tip movers and all I can say is WHY NOT?! They're working their butts off and I could never have done the move without them! Definitely recommend!

Reynolds will not fix the problem or give me a refund. Reynolds charged me $380. for his employee Clayton to flood my walls and steps beneath my shower. Reynold and his employees are malfeasant con artists who do terrible work for high prices who do not guarantee their work. Moreover, the shower valve leaks as it did before the installation and now my shower is only cold, not hot. I lost $380. when I hired Reynolds and my shower is worse than it was before his employee came here. I do not recommend them.

This behavior was particularly peculiar given that they themselves have an area code outside of Vermont. Therefore, considering that we were unable to overcome the obstacle of my different area code, I concluded the conversation and proceeded to explore alternative options.

Although she had a little trouble finding our house (everyone does), she arrived promptly after receiving additional instructions from us and did a thorough walk-through of our home. We pointed out the areas we wanted her to concentrate on - bathrooms, kitchen, floors, and baseboards. (I have clean baseboards for the first time in my adult life!) She inquired about our preferences for certain tasks like arranging cushions on the sofa. I was impressed to see her doing things such as touching the tops of picture frames to see if they required dusting. Sorangy usually checks in a day or two ahead of time to confirm whether we want her to come on her usual day and to let us know if she has additional availability. We feel comfortable leaving the house while Sorangy is cleaning to let her finish and see herself out. We feel she is responsible and trustworthy. Sorangy (and her team) have cleaned for us 4 or 5 times now. The first was a deep cleaning and the rest have been maintenance cleanings. She is very thorough, especially with the areas we pointed out as being most important to us. We have very hard, iron-rich water that leaves orange stains on all of the tubs, sinks, and toilets. We love it when Sorangy has been here because everything is white and sparkly again! Sorangy is very respectful of private spaces, especially since my husband and I both work from home. She always asks first before entering our offices. If one of us is in a meeting, she will ask again later if it is ok to enter and clean, and we appreciate that. On a personal note, Sorangy is polite, highly personable, and speaks very good English. I enjoy having little chats with her here and there. I have mentioned by back pain to her and she always inquires about how I am feeling. At our first meeting, when I said, "My back is just too sore to do these things," she replied, "It's ok, that's why I am here!" and I loved that! I highly recommend Tiangi Sparkling for anyone in the Hudson and Mohawk Valleys who wants a great cleaning at a reasonable price - especially if it is important to you to support local-, woman-, or minority-owned businesses.
