There have been instances where the internet connection gets interrupted without any prior notice. Occasional outages are understandable since these systems depend on electrical infrastructure, but when disruptions happen frequently, it becomes difficult to consider it 'normal'. This can be especially frustrating during important virtual meetings or conferences, where even a short interruption can cause significant issues. Although customer support does respond and resolves the problem (for the time being), the recurrence of the issue is something that should be addressed more proactively. In terms of performance, I have also noticed inconsistencies. With my current $65 plan, I am getting around 80-90 Mbps download speed but only about 5 Mbps upload. This could be due to local factors like cheap or rusty coaxial cables, but it still impacts overall experience, especially for tasks that rely on a decent upload speed. For comparison, services like Starlink offer roughly 100-105 Mbps download and around 30 Mbps upload (in Vernal sky) at a lower monthly cost of about $35 or $50, which makes it a compelling alternative. Overall, Strata Networks is a 'just okey' ISP, but there is definitely room for improvement in reliability and performance consistency. These are important factors to consider when choosing an internet provider. When a provider faces no real competition, service quality shouldn't suffer--but in this case, it often feels like it does.

Well we got home last night from trying to get our box that we needed my husband called the manager…read morewhose name was David Ryan and he explained to Mr. Ryan that we had been calling and going down there for the last 3 days. Mr. Ryan was very apologetic he said he looked into the notes and he did see that we had been down there and everybody basically just could not or would not help us Mr. Ryan was so apologetic so Helpful HE is what customer service is all about we were able to go today pick up the box that we needed and sign the papers pay the first month's bill I think that he Deserves some sort of recognition for the wonderful job he did taking care of us!

So there was a promotion in may for trade any qualifying phone in and receive 1000.00 towards a new…read moresamsung s22 of your choice. ok so I had a note 9 that qualified for the promotion. so i traded my note 9 in on an s22 ultra. i should have only had to pay 200.00 for it after the 1000.00. the cost of the phone was 1199.00. my husband had no trade in. so he got the s21 that was supposed to be free with a new line. ok so we did both. and let me tell you how much info and stuff i lost because Trevor, the manager, wouldn't let the transfer finish because he was in a bigg ass hurry. so my bill shows a buy 1 get 1 free. wait a minute, I never did a b1g1. if i was gonna do a b1g1 i sure wouldn't pick the cheapest and already free phone for my free phone. i would have gotten 2 s22's. So now, not only am I paying full price on the s22 ultra, I'm somehow getting the same free s21 free again, and they say I traded in my note 9 on the free s21 phone. so I should have 2 free phones, but I don't. now if that ain't a rip off and scam I don't know what is. but I signed the right contract. and how convenient that nobody can find these signed documents that I signed at the Vernal, ut office with Trevor and Kelly. and they said oh if you have problems come talk to us. it's the end of August and I have been complaining about this since I got my first bill and noticed the promotion was completely wrong. I called them, they never answer their phone, and went in to talk to them in Vernal numerous times. the issue never gets fixed. so I'm thinking that the Vernal office is the scammers. oh and then let me tell y'all how rude they were to my son when I took him in to sign up for service. they made fun of his names, and said what kind of parent gives their kid 4 names. well this parent does. very uncalled for to do to a future customer. I should have walked out instead of letting my son sign up for their service.

They are the only provider that gets consistent service where I live. I travel all around the…read moremountain west and up to Alaska. I have always been super pleased with how good they are in rural environments. And where everyone else gets service, you will have no problems. you get the strongest signal from any tower. I have many people who get frustrated because of spotty service when I have excellent service. Pricing is competitive and allows you to buy what you need and they are willing to review your usage and find better/cheaper plans when possible.

Most of them dont know what there doing in-store, the tech support took me to a manger, he left me a message so I called back left a message 3 months later I have not heard from him, and have called him back a lot to see if he got my message. They dont help you out when you need a rental phone when yours breaks. service is good, but not great.
