The sales representative told us we would receive a $100 gift card for each phone line in our family account. Our actual monthly bill is higher than what was estimated to us. The sales representative was apparently fired shortly after we purchased our family plan. Sales people at the store were nice but unable to resolve the problems. We were told the district manager would call us to help resolve the issues, but he never called. This is apparently a franchise store. AT&T should do a better job of allowing a franchise like this to do business on their behalf. A VERY disappointing and frustrating experience!!!

It was no trouble at all to return their equipment - they came and picked it up. The service has been really fantastic. The speeds are more than we need, and I have a few dozen devices between our phones, tablets, laptops, a home computer, and a collection of smart home devices and cameras. I work from home about 80% of the time and I have no complaints!
