I trusted that the repairs were completed properly and safely, which makes this experience especially concerning. Despite the severity of the incident, I have now been informed that the shop is denying responsibility. As a single father of an eight-year-old child, I take vehicle safety extremely seriously. I also do not have the financial means to cover repairs for an issue that appears directly related to prior work performed by the shop. This situation is both disappointing and distressing. I am seeking appropriate resolution and am prepared to pursue further action if necessary to ensure accountability and safety.

I used the Yelp feature to send pictures and received a reply shortly after suggesting an in-person estimate. I called and left a message to schedule an appointment, expecting to wait a couple days before even getting a callback. Imagine my (pleasant) surprise when Mr. Anthony called me back within a few minutes! (Green flag #1) I was told to come by Sunday between 8am and noon (green flag #2). I pulled up at about 11am and Mr. Anthony came out to take a look. The business page says "No job is too big or too small" and they stand on that. One thing I really appreciated is that he included me in the process. He simply asked whether I was looking to have the whole fender replaced (I wasn't), went inside and got his tools. It was that easy. No overselling. No overcharging. No frills. Just an honest gentleman who saw a small job, as it turned out) and made the time to do it. Yall. I drive an old Toyota and have interacted with my share of auto/body techs, honest and dishonest. Mr. Anthony was communicative, timely and very fair! I won't hesitate to come back.

When the color we selected didn't seem quite right, Vinicius (paint technician) stepped in with idea to paint a front panel a slightly different shade to see if we liked it better (which we did). Talk about "above and beyond" service! The entire team worked together to ensure we were very satisfied. We picked up our car today (2002 Camry) and, as you can see by pictures it looks nothing like a 23 year old car- but looks brand new. Bottom line... we would definitely use Maaco Fayetteville again. First I did have an appointment…read morelater when I arrived they told that I didn't have an appointment there so I called the number back to try and see same lady answered the phone I became very agitated. my car went in for a simple 5" scratch on the quarter pane...was getting reatv bumper painted as…read morewell for two small scrapes that has been touched up no one would notic...was supposed to take a week..3 trips to pick up and four months later I got it back...first two attempts to pick it up it was worse than MAACO they had trash all in the paint (still does) tape lines on all my rubber trim and jamb, paint flaking off from no prep work, etc--was supposed to correct it, 2nd trip to pick up everything was the same, I left again they were supposed to do it "right" per their initial quote HAHAHA!!! Nope!! They destroyed my whole car...drove it 10 miles and drained my full gas tank, painted parts of my front bumper, cleared over the entire car with trash/moisture/contamination and whole car looks like it has excema! they scraped paint off my door edges, they scratched it deeply in numerous places, and on top of that they charged 3xs the initial estimate...the shop lied time after time and could never keep their lies straight, basicalay stole my car and extorted me to get it back...they will not respond to my messages and I am going to hire an attorney. This car was immaculate prior to them getting their hands on it and has $90k in the build and under 6k miles...do not trust these people! they build some show cars for advertising but do the worst work I've ever seen and I've been painting and building cars for 35yrs!!! Also damaged the interior and delete negative reviews on Facebook! Don't trust the reviews!! These people are shady and shade tree as they come!
