When you enter the restaurant/cafe, you're greeted with a long counter/case that displays the pastry/coffee bar offerings to the left. To the right side, the case showcases all the entrees available for the day. You order at the counter, then you'll get a table number and the food is delivered table side and they bus your tables. We've tried a few different pasta dishes and sandwiches on our trips to Sorelle, all have been very tasty and a good size portion. We typically order coffees and pastries to go after each meal. The take away pastries and desserts and the perfect way to finish the meal. They also have gelato that can be ordered to eat in or take out. We're due for our next visit to Sorelle!

It seems like they hired more people and the same change staff often. Cashier is always taking forever to take orders. They are always confused with what's going on especially for takeout orders. This place is so special for us and we really hope they can recognize the problem and frustration they have caused.

But before my food arrived a loaf of warm bread with butter and Parmesan came to the table. This is exactly what makes a place 5 stars. The extra little bit! The bread was perfect. Crisp exterior with a warm flavorful center. My cheesy beef came out pretty quickly and was also on an excellent bread. The beef was tender and flavorful and even though a serving of au jus was provided, I actually liked it better without. The fries were hot and crispy with chives sprinkled on top? Also wonderful. This is a great place for lunch for sure. Worth the trip.

The staff was friendly, and our server did a good job checking on us throughout the meal. The food was flavorful, and the portions were generous, especially with the pasta dishes. The bread and appetizers were a nice way to start the meal, and everything came out fresh. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that, while the food was good, it didn't quite stand out enough to be one of my favorite Italian restaurants. Overall, it was still an enjoyable visit with good service and a welcoming atmosphere, and I'd be happy to come back.

GELATO Light and refreshing vanilla gelato, this was a good way to end the meal. However, I don't really remember too much about it so it probably wasn't exceptional nor terrible. Overall, service was really slow. We got seated around 5:15, but our first course didn't come out until an hour later, and our main came out 45 minutes after that. Besides the pacing issue, food was pretty average, so 3/5 it is.
