Maybe I'm ignorant about Italian pizza, but this place stands out against other local pizza places. Great thin pizza.

Maisano’s Little Italian Kitchen - App sampler platter (stuffed mushrooms, mozzarella sticks, arancini)

Ok, so I was on the hunt for cannolis the other day. Went to so many bakeries, Maisano's pulled…read morethrough. I didn't know about this place and glad I stopped in. We ended up just coming in the next day to try it, and I'm glad we did. First off, all our food was great and was presented well. I love paying for great food and this place is worth every dollar we spent. Came out fast, hot and delicious. We got the Stuffed Mushrooms, Garden Salad, Pesto gnocchi ( omg ) and my partner got the Drizz (?) My Gnocchi was wonderful, I'm also a sucker for Pesto and Gnocchi, I would get again. The stuffed mushrooms were fantastic, never had them with Sausage before. I liked the house made Italian dressing so much I asked for some to take home and they humored me. I went to Costco later and picked up everything to make a salad just for this dressing. He liked his sandwich, he normally does not like coleslaw but he said it worked and liked it a lot. Our waitress ( sorry I didn't get your name ) was like a ninja. She had multiple tables and I didn't feel like she neglected us. The service is fast and accurate. The place is small, but I like how lowkey and cozy it is. My partner is pretty tall and he said he didn't feel uncomfortable and liked how quiet it was. Honestly this place is great and everyone should give it a try, we're already planning our next visit. This place put the other Italian places around it to shame in every category. Also, get the Limoncello, trust me. No pictures because we were too busy eating.

Would definitely recommend those. I got lasagna and my husband got the totelloni bake, mine was delicious and very big portion; his was just ok, sauce it came with was not very flavorful. We got the salted caramel gelato for dessert-fantastic! Definitely save some room and get the gelato it was perfect taste and texture. 10/10. We did notice when we got home on the receipt we were charged 10.50 for side salads, they should have been $3.00 each per the menu when added with a meal, so we were over charged $4.50. Servers were nice, overall wasn't a great experience but wasn't bad either, just room for improvement.

Rarely do I never find anything redeemable…read moreabout a restaurant, but there the only thing I can compliment on was the service which was prompt and she had a nice demeanor. I was hoping the coloring in the pictures was just off, but the cheese on the pizza and lasagna is indeed American cheese not mozzarella. I don't know if this is a regional thing or what as the restaurant has a large following, but my husband and I were in complete disbelief when the food was set in front of us. My lasagna was absolutely inedible. Not only did the sauce taste like it was literally poured from a hunts can, but there was no additional flavor whatsoever. They didn't even try to add any Italian flavoring, no garlic, nothing. The noodles were so overcooked they were just balls of gumminess mushing in my mouth. Not only was the flavor repulsive, but the mouth feel created an effect of repulsion. When ny husband asked how it was, I replied "I cant talk about it" as I forced down as many bites as possible before I stopped as I was feeling nauseous. He had the same complaints about the taste except that his pizza crust appeared to be literal heels of loaves of bread which was smothered with bland sauce, sprinkled with pepperoni then had the yellow cheese dropped randomly on his "pizza". This sad offering resembled a situation where your friend's mother offers to make you Italian food, but they scrounge around with what they have and do their best. We felt we would insult the restaurant with complaints as unfortunately this is their actual product, not a one off. We didn't read reviews or look at pictures before arriving and wish we had. The photos are exactly what you get. And the food tastes as bland and off as it appears in the pics. Save yourself and don't come here. I have no idea why this place has a following at all. The food is disappointing and not good at all. Maybe this is a regional thing or fans don't know any better. We ate a little then took everything to go and threw it in the trash as we didn't want confrontation. My feelings are mixed between feeling insulted for being served this and feeling sorry for the cooks who think they are producing a quality product.
