Just know that you pay for quality. She may not be the most affordable in town but the quality of her work speaks volumes... she is so friendly and so accommodating for an appointment. I first went to Jenn when I was getting married a year ago. I had never gotten my lashes done, and I was always frustrated with the whole process of having shorter, and thinner eyelashes. what I did not expect is to experience a full spa treatment, coupled with Jenn's expertise. Jenn is so talented, and her heart is so genuine. She really takes care of her clients, and spends the time necessary to make sure when you leave that your eyelashes look incredible. I have not stopped getting my lashes done for the last year, and I am totally addicted now because they look so amazing. The salon is beautiful, very clean, and she really creates a great atmosphere where you can totally relax. I have fallen asleep a couple times while she's been doing my lashes. I feel so grateful that I found her, and if you are looking for someone to do lashes, please look no further. She is an amazing technician, and an amazing human. I think during this difficult time in history with Covid, and everything else, to be able to find someone who has such a great heart and spirit, and is so talented is priceless. As a final note, she makes it very easy to book an appointment and always seems to be available. She really attends to her clients, putting their needs first and making herself available.

This is the only place I go to get my lashes done! Jennifer Kay does such a great job and she is just so kind. I got my volume set of lashes here and they last FOREVER. I usually come for a 1-2 week fill every 2-3 weeks, and even by the 3rd week my lashes still look natural and fluffy. I rarely have to brush them too! I definitely recommend this place if you want beautiful lashes that do not require much maintenance. read more

Jenny is incredible! I reached out last minute and was able to get in for an eyebrow wax/tint appt within 30 minutes of reaching out. My lashes looked very sad when I came in, Jenny offered a quick emergency fill. She was godsend, considering I'm leaving tomorrow morning on vacation. My first experience with Jen was 1.5 years ago. I didn't realize at the time how incredibly talented she was. Because I am so picky, I typically like to try someone a few times before I 100% decide they are my person. Simply because people are not always consistent in their work. Jen is precise, flawless,and thoughtful in her ability to provide excellent service... She will always do her best to make time for you even if she is completely booked. Even if it means working until 10pm at night.. Not only does Jen specialize in Volume lashes, she is an expert on classic lashes, waxing and micro blading. I have referred many women, and I will continue to do so. She cares about her clients, and I absolutely love her. Hands down the best lash artist in Santa Barbara... Jen is hands down the best lash tech I have ever been too in Santa Barbara. I have gone through numerous amounts of lash techs until I found Jennifer at sb volume lash studio and going on 2 years strong with no desire to switch to any other lash tech. Her lashes are gorgeous and she's consistent with the same length and style each time, which is my preferred preference. The studio is super cute, clean and calming. I'm so glad I came to SB volume lash studio!! Jennifer is sooo sweet!! She didn't pressure me into anything and was very patient with me. She took her time and you can tell she is really passionate about her work. My appointment was at 8pm and even at that time she did not rush to finish like most people. She made me feel comfortable which is very important to me since I don't feel like that at most salons. I'm glad I got my eyelashes done here!! read more

This is a quaint boutique-studio on a quiet street, a break from the usual hustle and bustle of city street parking here in Santa Barbara. Recently, I made a desperate last minute appointment and came to Jennifer for my eyelash extensions before my trip to Hawaii, and my lashes came out stunningly beautiful! I loved how fast and professional she was with no interruptions at all from other walk in customers. Not only were my eyelashes perfect, they survived 30 mile an hour Hawaiian Trade winds, two rain storms, and a long relaxing soak in a steamy hot tub! I'm absolutely shocked that after two weeks, along with the weather-beating they took, they still look fabulous, which i think is absolutely amazing! I could actually wait another week to have them filled if I really wanted to, but I don't want to wait. Licensed & certified in Cosmetology, Eyelash Extensions, Microblaiding & Spray Tanning Jennifer has always found beauty as an art and started her career in cosmetology in 2014. Jennifer has received extensive training from the best in the industry. She studied lash extension from the master stylists at Xtreme Lashes, the company that set the industry standard for long-lasting lash extensions. She is gentle and makes my lashes look outstanding. I can't tell you how nice it feels when people admire my lashes and tell me how great they look. Best volume lashes you can get! Jenn is a perfectionist! She pays such attention to detail that I never have to worry about the quality when I walk out the door. She always makes time available for me last minute if needed. Having lashes has cut down my time in the bathroom getting ready by more than half. I have gotten eyelash extensions from other people and they were ok. Jennifer left them EXACTLY how I like them, full and dramatic. She asked me how I wanted my lashes and I asked her to leave them as long and as full as possible and it's just what I wanted. I love them and have gotten so many compliments on them.
