After eating the Green Enchilada soup dinner that was made at home, my niece was craving birria tacos. A quick google search lead us here. We called our order in and it was ready when we arrived, a quick 15 minutes. We will be back!! She ordered Quesa Birria tacos with the broth on the side, I opted for the hot chocolate. The tacos were fresh, filled well, and the flavor hit the taste buds fulfilling the craving. The hot chocolate is thicker than American style, it's flavored with cinnamon. So good! Comfort in a cup. Love finding hidden gems and supporting local restaurants. BONUS: they have a grocery store next door.

The best way to describe this food is comfort. It's small, counter service with a market as well. The ice cream is really creamy. Agua frescas are great. Our family favorites are the sopas, chilaquiles (omg the verde!), Dori Elote, Bionico, Fresas Con Crema, elote en vaso, birria, and asada burritos (which is massive). Great family that runs it. Love everyone there. We wish them continued success!!

Authentic & delicious! I also like the small hispanic grocery store that's part of the business.

By far my favorite spot in St. Louis for authentic Mexican food! I usually go for the Al Pastor tacos!

YUM!! Had I not been recommended to try Casa Mia, I would've missed this enjoyable local Mexican…read morerestaurant tucked away in a small strip mall. I really liked their food and no frills location, casual ambience, friendly service and generous portions of house-made eats! Everything from apps to dinners, Taste of Mexico specialties and more...you won't go hungry! Overall, 4.0 rated experience; expect to pay $15-18pp for entrees, plus any starters or drinks. Tonite we started with Kevs Dip, tender seasoned ground beef in a cheesy dip (would've liked more cheese) topped with pico de gallo. Enough to share, it was tasty and served with house tortilla chips. I think if you prefer a spicier version, try their Queso Fundido which has house-made Chorizo and fresh Jalapeños in cheese dip - i definitely want to try the Fundido next time. For dinners, we ordered Chori Chicken and a Weldon Spring Burrito. Both were plentiful portions (shareable if not overly hungry) and delicious! The Chori Chicken had house-made Chorizo and grilled onions atop grilled Chicken breast smothered in queso; served with rice, beans, salad and flour tortillas - hits the spot! The Burrito had grilled Ribeye steak, avocado, rice, beans, mushrooms, fajita peppers, cilantro and queso - wow it was a giant and complex burrito but very tasty to eat! Plenty of menu options to try, and perhaps my one surprise was quite limited Pork selections; while they had Al Pastor (marinated) Pork dishes, they did not have any Carnitas type dinner or Enchiladas. Regardless, I'll be back again soon to experience more of their home-cooked Mexican eats - hope you'll find and give Casa Mia's a try! Cheers, ENJOY!!

If you're looking for quick delicious Mexican food in St. Peter's look no further. We stopped in…read morefor lunch and had a great experience. The space gives traditional Mexican restaurant vibes. Spanish music, colorful wall decor, and amazing smells. Service was prompt and professional. They offer an extensive margarita menu. I HIGHLY recommend the spicy pineapple margarita. Flavorful and just the perfect combination of sweet and spicy. The lunch menu offers a nice variety of options. We went with the bean dip appetizer. Creamy queso and refried beans. The chips are perfectly thin and crispy. The salsa was just ok in my opinion. We ordered steak fajitas for lunch. We were served a generous portion of steak and veggies, homemade tortillas, and perfectly seasoned rice and beans. The rest of the menu offers a little of everything you could expect. I plan to visit again soon to try more of their menu.

No one greeted us so we finally just walked over to the bar. We were greeted within two minutes of seating ourselves at the bar. We ordered two margaritas that we received quickly and two entrées received everything in about 15 minutes. Everything was very delicious. I always get fajitas. I got the chicken fajitas which were yummy and I always add cheese sauce on them. Very cute decor throughout the restaurant. Bartender was very pleasant.
