I found out through calling that they were trying to get insurance authorized. The referral states there is no authorization required. I called my insurance provider and they affirmed this. I called again and told them I spoke with the insurance company, but they still would not book appointments. Seems like a bloated burocracy. I called another PT and instantly got appointments.
