While my physical therapist was excellent, my experience with the billing department was disappointing. I have Florida Blue insurance and was initially told my responsibility would be a $30 co-pay per visit. This remained true until my second evaluation, after which my charges increased--without any prior notice or explanation. Weeks later, I received multiple unexpected bills for past appointments on top of the co-pays I had already paid. This lack of transparency was frustrating and avoidable. I would have appreciated being informed of the change in billing before treatment continued, or at minimum receiving accurate charges at the time of each visit so I knew what I was agreeing to pay. Due to the poor communication and unprofessional attitude from the billing department, I ultimately chose to stop treatment. This was unfortunate, as the physical therapists themselves were knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. read more

Writing this ofice because I didnt think it would be received if sent to Jupiter . First let me say Rob was great in treating my husband , and my husband was responding to the treatment. Rob's personality and professionalism is above and beyound We had a problem one morning my husband who is in pretty bad shape got up one morning and had a 24 hour bug I called very early to try and let them know as it isnt a nice thing to cancel that morning but what are you suppose to do waking up with no warning. The girl at the desk didnt want to help what so ever so I asked for the managers number she told me I was going to get the same answer and was very rude about it , she finally gave me Katies number , I called and tried to explain the issue at first calmly then my voice started to go over her and she said that the girl at the desk was correct so I admit I was not happy at that point a patients time is just as valuable as a Dr, no one is better than the other. She told me it didnt work that way that you guys loose money and time. I fully understand but if this was not the patients MO there should be some kind of allowance , she told me if I had a better attitude she would of considered it , I tried to explain I had a tuff morning my mom was rushed to the hosiptal with emergency surgery my husband wasnt well and I was waiting on a blood marrow decision , she showed no compasion she said howd you like it if I was her position her family was in Ct she would have to find a flight and make arrangements so if she was in that situation it would be worse, little did she know our mom is in Ct ,(be very carefull what you say) and we couldnt make it up there with the shape my husbands in .She went on to tell me how lucky were are that you are charging what you guys charge and your not connoisseur services , I thought thats your choice not ours it got worse and worse the more she spoke so at the end I stated how the patients at Jupiter are gratefull that we have a place that gives great care and charges what they do, that wasnt good enough she then told me I was sarcastic , I was truly trying to give credit . At the end of the conversation I tried to apologize several times it wasnt being accepted and she told me its to late . Then told me you know what you need go and take a walk I then handed the phone to my husband and he hung up . We are both seniors and have issues I think at this time in our lives we deserve a little respect as we have always did that our entire lives for others sometimes you have to just listen to people and let the steam out and try to do your best to understand what they might be going through. I told her that I cancelled the rest of his appiontments as hes a sick man and didnt want this to happen again she then told me I was threating her a threat is Iam going to cancel not I already did . Sorry this happened as Rob is a great therapist . She told me we werent welcome back , so I guess that was a threat ,as I had already cancelled . Never had these issues anywhere else we have gone to and we have gone to many doctors for my husbands issues . We are going to miss Rob as he was making progress. read more

The website says that their ultimate goal is the "...functional return to a pre-injury lifestyle. In reality, their goal seems to be to make money. I do not have an issue with a business making a profit. What happened with Saylor was that I was charged for a visit without giving 24 hours notice. I had an 8:00 a.m. appointment on 11-14-24 which I needed to cancel so that I could see an orthopedic doctor. I called Saylor on 11-13-24 at 10:56 a.m. to cancel. Later, I was told that I would be charged $60.00 because my notice to cancel was not sufficient. Prior to 11-14-24, the therapist treating me was injured and Saylor cancelled I believe 3 of my scheduled sessions without giving me 24 hours notice. On a matter not relevant, at one of my sessions I mentioned to the therapist that I was going to a certain business and she remarked how she liked to buy a certain item when she was there. So I bought it for her as a gift, because I was pleased with the treatments I was getting. So for $60.00, Saylor lost a client who had never missed an appointment, and that is their right just as it is mine to go elsewhere. read more

Finally was able to get into Saylor PT with my most recent shoulder injury and 100% worth the wait! Have had 7 knee surgeries over the years and completed PT both in NY and FL throughout that time and NEVER have I been able to say it was a great experience until now! What a breath of fresh air to have an outstanding staff, clean facility and top notch therapists to aid in my recovery. Huge shout out to Chris as I worked the majority of my time there with him....have never felt better so thank you!!! read more

Fortunately I had experience with other physical therapy providers, so I knew this place (or maybe just my therapist) was not good. They did not --measure my initial range of motion or progress --use hands-on manipulation --provide home exercises to do between sessions When I asked the therapist how I would know when I had full range of motion back, the reply was, "Oh, you'll know." When I repeatedly asked for home exercises, I was told we had to wait to see how I was progressing...and this was after I'd already done two months of PT in another state with a wonderful therapist. I quit after several sessions and found another PT provider who was (and is ) fabulous, did everything and more than the therapist at Saylor. read more

Saylor came highly recommended and I completely agree. It's worth it to wait for an opening (which can be difficult) but they are great notifying about cancellations. The front desk staff is simply amazing and every single person we came across greeted us with a smile - wow. Kelvin Rivera is results-oriented and kept things interesting for his young patient. As a new patient the experience was awful , I chose you because of the pleasant reviews but unfortunately I didn't have a good experience. I called on the morning of my first therapy appointment to let them know I was sick with the flu , but I just left a message because they didn't answer and I request to call me back . I called back later and spoke with Mrs Naomi and when I gave my name they told me they canceled my appointment and I have to pay $75.00 fee for canceling . So if I have to go in sick she told me to wear a mask . I still feel I will still spread the flu . I requested a call back from a manager and never received one . After a week I called again and still couldn't speak with a manager . My issue is I never received a call back at all so if I knew that I can go in sick and avoid the cancelling fee I would be forced to go . I did go to Urgent Care and I have proof but didn't matter . I was told no exception to their billing policy and they have plenty patients and they didn't need me at all . Seems very unprofessional !! read more

I made my initial appointment out of state. I researched physical therapists. I found Amy Brown in Jupiter, Florida. Her experience and expertise matched my needs for post neck surgical care. I was not disappointed. I have had many experiences in PT During my lifetime. In comparison, the knowledge base shared and attention to details and care of my overall case was quite impressive. Her ability and skills to connect the entire body was valuable. The personal attention in a private room with one to one care is absolutely necessary for good quality care for patients. (As opposed to a gym environment with 15 minute segments while a therapist is working on someone else. I learned the benefits of the red rope for increased movement. Amy is an outstanding physical therapist who thinks out of the box and provides the highest caliber of care. During the Covid pandemic the staff were very accommodating in scheduling appointments. They were prudent in their following CDC Guidelines. Taking temps,sanitizing,masks and proper distancing was maintained. I always felt relatively safe during my time there. Saylor PT has been a great experience. Very nice, convenient location with friendly staff. Paul helped me work my way out of a frozen shoulder with a variety of techniques and exercises.
