My GP told me I needed to go to an orthopedic specialist because I could not straighten my left leg. After talking to a few friends one said "before you do that, go to Dr Z." Let me tell you, BEST decision I could have made. First, when I made my appointment I talked to a HUMAN and not AI! Love! Second, when I walked in for my first appointment EVERYONE in that office greeted me, Dr Z. his assistants and the front desk. It is a wonderful atmosphere to be in, everyone (including his other clients) are so great to be around. The pups also add to the experience of physical therapy and make it that much better! I was only there for my knee, but mentioned my arm falling asleep while i was resting at night and he was able to help with that as well!! Would give 500 stars if I could. read more

This was my second visit to elite therapy in the last five years. My most recent trip started three weeks before a 12 day vacation when I was experiencing pain in my arms shoulder and unable to sleep. I'm happy to say that I am pain-free, sleeping through the night and on my way to regaining full strength. Once we returned from our vacation, I'll be returning to see Dr. Z, Joe and the remainder of the staff to continue treatment. Would highly recommend elite therapy. From Aimee at the front desk through the entire staff, this is a top-notch organization. read more

I cannot speak highly enough about this place! Dr. Jordan Zabriskie and his team are hands down the greatest in the field. I had to return to the office this week for some PT due to what seems to be a torn meniscus in my knee, I cannot get over the immeasurable improvement I've have had in three sessions. The one on one treatment, the professionalism with the entire staff, the knowledge shared are just a couple reasons why you should absolutely visit this place. I am excited to report that I will probably be skiing this weekend. Thanks to the invaluable healing help that Elite Therapy has given me. Thank you Dr. Z & team! read more

Have known Jordan for a very long time and he has fixed multiple issues for me. First was my shoulder where I could not hold any weight above my head, he taught me how to properly warm up with band work and my shoulder is fixed with no more clicking or pain without surgery. The second issue was I found out I had a back injury. I was going to another chiropractor who would just adjust me without any physical therapy. Jordan taught me core exercises that have helped minimize back pain and is progressively getting better. Also Amy at the front desk is super nice. Highly recommend read more

I would highly recommend this business for physical therapy. Dr Z was a really nice guy and you know he's knowledgeable just by his personal physical condition. All of the office staff was super nice and the whole place had a positive vibe. It's a cool layout and laid back for a medical setting while still feeling professional. I walked in feeling pretty beat up and walked out feeling much better with a plan in place. Also as a non insurance cash pay patient, I felt I received a high value of care for the price. read more

I have to begin this review with thanking God for making Dr Z and bringing him into my life. Backstory: Back in 2010 I was pregnant with my second child. I attempted to lift my 10 month old into an exersaucer bouncer and as I hovered his feet into the openings for his legs to go through, my back snapped. My knees buckled from the pain and I thought my back was broken. I could not stand straight and before I knew about Dr Z it took weeks or months seeing various doctors before it kinda healed. Ever since that first time I threw my back out, every other year it continues to go out of whack, each time more painful than the last. I also have weak ankles and plantar fasciitis so whenever I roll my ankle or fracture my heel my back goes out from the limping and crutches etc. I believe it was after the 3rd time my back went out that I found Dr Z and he truly saved me. He provided instant relief after 50 mins of stretches and manipulations with heat, vibration, lacrosse balls, bands and his exercises that soften, relax and warm my muscles that allow him to then adjust my back, back into its correct position. Every single time I see him he teaches me new exercises and stretches that retrain and strengthen my back muscles, but then I feel so good and I get busy and lazy and stop all exercises. This past weekend when my back went out for the 7th time it was the most debilitating pain, I couldn't stand, could barely walk to the bathroom and when I got there the back spasms were so intense with shooting pain down my left leg that my body couldn't even relax enough to empty my bladder. I'd barely make it back to bed, crying from the pain, unrelieved and beyond miserable. I'm a homeschool mom of 3 and I LOVE being a homemaker, it was beyond frustrating to be bed bound and in pain, it was also heartbreaking to not be able to do crafts w my kids, cook or clean for my family and to have to have them wait on me made me feel helpless and a burden while battling pain! If the office wasn't closed I would have crawled there but of course it would begin to spasm Friday night and seize up Saturday morning and I spent 2 days taking Motrin, and praying in between crying from the pain. I thank God all throughout the day now for Dr Z! Without an appointment he got me in right away on Monday morning! I have so much compassion for those who suffer daily from body pains. I pray they find Dr Z or a doctor like him if they don't live local. If you don't live local, I'd fly around the world to see him bc I'm not sure most doctors do what he does or understand the body the way he does. I pray other doctors are learning to truly heal patients the way Dr Z and his staff have always healed me. Today I admitted to his office that my entire life I have hated exercise. I have dieted my whole life out of vanity but I never consistently exercised or even did the stretches he taught me bc I was flat out lazy and careless of the body God gave me. I am so eternally grateful and thankful for the pain relief and healing that I am committed to making his exercises part of my daily routine, first thing in the morning, every day. I will do these stretches as I listen to my Bible app. I finally understand that it is just as important that I begin my day taking care my body, the temple that houses my soul as it is that I feast on the word of God, so I do them both at the same time now. I sincerely view the way Dr Z and his staff at Elite provide relief and healing for patients (the weary and broken hearted who are injured and suffering in pain) this therapy is one of the greatest blessings I have seen and that I have been given. It amazes me that they serve the community all day, every day, clearly doing the work of God as the heal the sick! In my experience it has been one of the closest experiences I've had to a miracle, definitely an answered prayer and God has laid it on my heart that one day, when my kids are older, I would love to give back and serve this office as a volunteer. My mind was filled with guilt over not having taken care of my body time and time again, having to enter his office in pain. I felt very much like the prodigal daughter who was ashamed of how I had let down my doctor but like the father in the story, he welcomed me with love and kindness and gave me the greatest gift I could have asked for - a pain-free body that allows me to function as I need to for myself and my family. I am writing this novel of a review bc I have all the love and respect in the world for this office and pray that anyone who is suffering and isn't sure who to go to or trust, if they take the time to read this then maybe my testimony will lead them to Dr Z and they too will be blessed. read more

Dr. Z and his staff are nothing short of amazing. I started to get arthritis in my knee over the last year. For anyone who is living with pain, I would urge you to see Dr. Z. You don't have to live with chronic pain. Dr. Z and his personnel are the best in town in their practice. I have tried many other Sport Medicine clinics and their unique approach to healing an injury definitely sets them apart from the rest and make them the BEST. They have successfully treated my lower back condition twice. Not only you receive care but also you are given the training to continue to do better on your own. All the personnel are extremely knowledgeable and nice. It almost feels like you are being treated by a family. read more

Dr. Z is amazing at what he does! I have been to several chiropractors in the past and have never had such a thorough experience and been able to almost fix myself daily after seeing him a handful of times. He is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable and takes times to really listen to what is happening and your lifestyle to find the root cause of your pain. He has a unique approach in his practice, which reminds me of functional medicine. He and his staff show you exercises and stretches you can do at home to improve the problem without so you don't need to see him multiple times per week. He does active release therapy which is great for patients who are afraid of the chiropractor and getting an adjustment. Because it releases and relaxes tight muscles before he adjusts you. I highly recommend seeing him if you are in need of a chiropractor or physical therapy or a massage or acupuncture. :) read more

I had a Great experience visit Elite. After traveling from San Diego to Jupiter for work, my back completely seized up and I could hardly walk from pain. I found these guys on Yelp close by my hotel, and Doctor Z and his team were thankfully able to get me in same day for a session. Extremely professional and knowledgeable staff, after my hour session I walked out of there completely changed and walking normal without any pain. Now I just need to do my part and do my homework assignment stretching and mobility work to maintain being pain free. Thank you again guys for getting me in so fast. I've visiting a lot of PT's across the country, and these guys are one of the best, definitely 5 star! read more

Dr. Z and his staff are amazing! Going here was the only thing helping me with my auto immune disease body aches- which were mentally and physically draining. I did not want to take medicine everyday and looked for care in other ways, and I'm so happy I did. Everyone is so accommodating, knowledgeable, and always so nice- which can be hard to find these days. I highly recommend this practice! read more

I have had severe back pain for 10 months. I tried various ways to reduce the pain including physical therapy and chiropractic treatments. I even went to a Spine surgeon to see when I would need to have surgery for my two herniated disks. The pain radiated down my right leg to my calf and sometimes my foot. I could barely get around without having to take breaks in my day. I had to quit working out and tried not to stand for too long. Near month 9, I felt pretty hopeless that this is my new normal. Fast forward to month 10, my friend recommended Dr. Jordan Zabriskie in Jupiter. After just a few treatments, the pain in my right leg started to subside. I continued to do the homework to strengthen my leg and I'm thrilled to say my back pain has completely subsided. His treatments are much different than other physicians and they worked for me. He gives you the tools and knowledge to get better. I'd highly recommend Dr. Zabrinskie to anyone suffering from pain! read more

I was referred to Dr. Z and his team after a back injury at 26 weeks pregnant. Apprehensive to see a chiropractor, my OBGYN assured me his knowledge of working with expectant mother's was worth a visit. She was right! Not only has my injury improved daily but Dr. Z walks you through all that you can do at home to help heal your injury as well as prevent future injuries. His easy going approach, helped me understand what was going on with my back, my growing body and how to strengthen both to make this pregnancy easier and healthier. Everyone on his team from the front desk to the trainers are all friendly, knowledgeable and hands-on. I'll continue to seek Elite Therapy & Wellness services throughout this pregnancy and my next. read more

Dr. Z and his staff are all amazing! I see Dr. Z once a year 2-4 sessions max for sciatic issues. I work out a lot and at times I go too far. While learning new daily exercises and stretches in a friendly environment, I always feel a difference. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! read more

Dr Z and the folks at Elite saved me from having surgery. I went to a specialist for my shoulder, and was told I could try physical therapy but he warned me that I would probably end up needing surgery anyway. At my first visit to Dr Z he explained my situation with so much detail that my doctor did not even do. I was so impressed, and was put on a comprehensive treatment plan. My shoulder issue has been resolved and I am back to being able resume my normal activities without pain thanks to all the skilled professionals at Elite. I found the office was staffed with people who truly cared about me. Rather than fixing my issue and releasing me they offered me the option of being able to come back periodically to maintain my improvements. I would highly recommend Elite Therapy and Wellness. read more

A few months ago I suffered a back injury while working out at the gym. I struggled with pain and was not able to go back to the gym so I decided to see a chiropractor who I paid out of pocket $150-$200 per week to get "adjusted" but the problem kept coming back, there was not real relief. My trainer recommended I call Dr. Z, I live 2.5 hrs. away from his office, as soon as I talked to him he told me what he thought the problem really was and what I needed to do in the meantime before visiting his office. A week later I went to see him personally, this was the best decision I've made since getting hurt, he saw me for an hour he explained in detail what the issue was and why this injury kept recurring, but not only that he thought me the right stretches and exercises I needed to perform from home. As soon as I left his office I felt so much better, since then I've followed his instructions to the T and I have been getting better and better. I'm extremely happy I found him he is very knowledgeable, patient and overall wonderful!! read more

I found this place while trying to line up a therapeutic massage for my husband. He is a surfer and in the restaurant industry so his back is ridiculously tight (stretch? not him!) Brooke made such a difference in just one treatment that there was a visible difference. He's looking forward to his next appointment. Now, on to me. My dog ran into me and knocked my knee out of place. This is not the first time he's done it, and usually I heal quickly, as I'm familiar with how to take care of it. This time rest was not an option, followed by multiple long days of driving. Needless to say, it was quite stiff, and swollen weeks later. I made myself an appointment with Dr Z, surprisingly they were able to get me in fairly quickly, considering how busy the place is. The upshot? Everyone there is so so so so nice, patient, and knowledgable. There were elderly people, fit people, and not so fit people, and everyone got the same care and expertise. Most importantly, within 3 visits I'm doing much better, and they've given me the tools to continue to improve on my own. Very clean, friendly facility. Dr Z and his staff made me feel like their goal was to get me back to 100%, and they've done a lot to get me on the road to 100%. The front desk receptionist is amazingly nice as well. Thanks you guys! read more

I can't say enough about the entire team at Elite. When my ortho gave me the option of either cortisone shots every 4-6 months or a very invasive surgery on my shoulder, Dr. Z was willing to work with me and attack the root of the issue rather than just finding ways to mask the pain.
