Have known Jordan for a very long time and he has fixed multiple issues for me. First was my shoulder where I could not hold any weight above my head, he taught me how to properly warm up with band work and my shoulder is fixed with no more clicking or pain without surgery. I have to begin this review with thanking God for making Dr Z and bringing him into my life. Backstory: Back in 2010 I was pregnant with my second child. I attempted to lift my 10 month old into an exersaucer bouncer and as I hovered his feet into the openings for his legs to go through, my back snapped. My knees buckled from the pain and I thought my back was broken. I could not stand straight and before I knew about Dr Z it took weeks or months seeing various doctors before it kinda healed. Ever since that first time I threw my back out, every other year it continues to go out of whack, each time more painful than the last. I also have weak ankles and plantar fasciitis so whenever I roll my ankle or fracture my heel my back goes out from the limping and crutches etc. I believe it was after the 3rd time my back went out that I found Dr Z and he truly saved me. He provided instant relief after 50 mins of stretches and manipulations with heat, vibration, lacrosse balls, bands and his exercises that soften, relax and warm my muscles that allow him to then adjust my back, back into its correct position. Every single time I see him he teaches me new exercises and stretches that retrain and strengthen my back muscles, but then I feel so good and I get busy and lazy and stop all exercises. This past weekend when my back went out for the 7th time it was the most debilitating pain, I couldn't stand, could barely walk to the bathroom and when I got there the back spasms were so intense with shooting pain down my left leg that my body couldn't even relax enough to empty my bladder. I'd barely make it back to bed, crying from the pain, unrelieved and beyond miserable. I'm a homeschool mom of 3 and I LOVE being a homemaker, it was beyond frustrating to be bed bound and in pain, it was also heartbreaking to not be able to do crafts w my kids, cook or clean for my family and to have to have them wait on me made me feel helpless and a burden while battling pain! If the office wasn't closed I would have crawled there but of course it would begin to spasm Friday night and seize up Saturday morning and I spent 2 days taking Motrin, and praying in between crying from the pain. I thank God all throughout the day now for Dr Z! Without an appointment he got me in right away on Monday morning! I have so much compassion for those who suffer daily from body pains. I pray they find Dr Z or a doctor like him if they don't live local. If you don't live local, I'd fly around the world to see him bc I'm not sure most doctors do what he does or understand the body the way he does. I pray other doctors are learning to truly heal patients the way Dr Z and his staff have always healed me. Today I admitted to his office that my entire life I have hated exercise. I have dieted my whole life out of vanity but I never consistently exercised or even did the stretches he taught me bc I was flat out lazy and careless of the body God gave me. I am so eternally grateful and thankful for the pain relief and healing that I am committed to making his exercises part of my daily routine, first thing in the morning, every day. I will do these stretches as I listen to my Bible app. I finally understand that it is just as important that I begin my day taking care my body, the temple that houses my soul as it is that I feast on the word of God, so I do them both at the same time now. I sincerely view the way Dr Z and his staff at Elite provide relief and healing for patients (the weary and broken hearted who are injured and suffering in pain) this therapy is one of the greatest blessings I have seen and that I have been given. It amazes me that they serve the community all day, every day, clearly doing the work of God as the heal the sick! In my experience it has been one of the closest experiences I've had to a miracle, definitely an answered prayer and God has laid it on my heart that one day, when my kids are older, I would love to give back and serve this office as a volunteer. My mind was filled with guilt over not having taken care of my body time and time again, having to enter his office in pain. I felt very much like the prodigal daughter who was ashamed of how I had let down my doctor but like the father in the story, he welcomed me with love and kindness and gave me the greatest gift I could have asked for - a pain-free body that allows me to function as I need to for myself and my family. I am writing this novel of a review bc I have all the love and respect in the world for this office and pray that anyone who is suffering and isn't sure who to go to or trust, if they take the time to read this then maybe my testimony will lead them to Dr Z and they too will be blessed. read more

A few months ago I suffered a back injury while working out at the gym. I struggled with pain and was not able to go back to the gym so I decided to see a chiropractor who I paid out of pocket $150-$200 per week to get "adjusted" but the problem kept coming back, there was not real relief. My trainer recommended I call Dr. Z, I live 2.5 hrs. away from his office, as soon as I talked to him he told me what he thought the problem really was and what I needed to do in the meantime before visiting his office. I found this place while trying to line up a therapeutic massage for my husband. He is a surfer and in the restaurant industry so his back is ridiculously tight (stretch? not him!) Brooke made such a difference in just one treatment that there was a visible difference. He's looking forward to his next appointment. Now, on to me. My dog ran into me and knocked my knee out of place. This is not the first time he's done it, and usually I heal quickly, as I'm familiar with how to take care of it. This time rest was not an option, followed by multiple long days of driving. Needless to say, it was quite stiff, and swollen weeks later.
