Review for an American wanting something lightish near the Airbnb on the outskirts of Old Town:
I wanted something quick and easy, something light near my Airbnb in Old Town. Had been eating heavily throughout my two days on the Praha leg of my tour and had to eliminate meat at least once.
Even in late October, the streets are still plagued with tourists and young people, even as early as 18:00. This place already had customers, mostly sitting outside. Many of them seemed of Mediterranean heritage, which is often a good sign as long as they're locals.
I was tempted to get a juicy, meaty one as the dead animals getting their rotating tanning bed treatment for all to see looked most delicious, but opted instead for a falafel, still delicious in its own right.
Given its proximity to what seemed like young people and happening joints, I imagine this is a Mecca for people that want a post-booze meal. read more
