When the time finally reached 5:00 PM and we tried to enter, the staff member stopped me, a guest, and told me to "make sure the host knows" that the price is $35 per child and $15 per adult. This was inappropriate and very uncomfortable. It's not a guest's responsibility to confirm pricing with the host, and putting me in that position felt unprofessional and disrespectful. Overall, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming, overly strict, and money-driven. A children's birthday party should feel warm and friendly, not stressful. I would not recommend this place for hosting or attending events. After this experience, I would personally prefer not to attend any future parties at this location, even if invited.

He let us know that tickets for the morning session were already sold out and wasn't sure about availability for the second session, but suggested we come back around 2 PM. We had arrived at noon, so we had about two hours to wait before trying again. A few minutes later, Bryan came back to check on us and said he would reach out to production to see if there might be any last-minute tickets available. He also mentioned he would let us know either way so we wouldn't have to wait around unnecessarily. Thankfully, production let him know that there was a possibility of extra tickets being released around 2 PM, depending on capacity. Bryan was truly so kind, helpful, and attentive throughout the whole process. In the end, we were able to get tickets, and our little one got to meet Isa and create such beautiful memories. The parties are completely private, so no mixing with the public. They do pizza and cake service for you. They are friendly. The birthday kid gets a king's crown and special seat at the head of the table in their party room. The only "complaint" I'd have, if any, is that the kids have so much fun in the play area that sometimes it feels rushed once we get into the party room for cake. One thing I like is about Wonderland is that I can bring my coffee or outside food/drinks while I watch my son play. Socks are worn in the play areas at all times. One piece of advice for adults, bring your exercise clothes because you will be warm going through the play areas with your young ones. I was really upset because of a Dad and his little girl, must have been 7, 8 years old we're in the toddler area. The girl had an accident inside the ball pit and I overheard the Dad scolding her for peeing, but didn't inform anybody that she even had an accident. My son was in the ball pit when this happened, and I noticed that there were wet footprints on the floor and on the edge of the pit. I grabbed the spray that they had and sprayed the area down, not thinking anything of it. One of the staff noticed that I did that and right away brought towels and sprays to clean the area and another staff member came over and asked me to take my son out because they were spraying chemicals in the pit area to sanitize. When I took him out, he was completely covered in pee all over the back of his shirt & shorts. My son wears diapers so I know it wasn't him. I was really upset, and I told the staff, I went to go talk to the manager about it, and they fully refunded me for the time that I was there. My kids were upset cause we had to leave early, we were 35- 40 minutes in & the guy in the front gave them lollipops, with my approval, to help me calm them. The staff there is amazing and on it about Cleaning and sanitizing everything. They shut the whole toddler section down just so they can sanitize the entire area. As far as that, Dad, it's extremely disgusting that he tried leaving without saying anything to anybody. Accidents happen that I understand but keeping it to yourself and then trying to leave without informing staff is beyond me.

We were told we could not bring our personal belongings in and would have to leave it with stroller in the front of your store. When I returned to my car realized my iPad was gone. Not sure if this was an inside job or if this is a common occurrence at your place of business but I will most definitely not be returning and will advise friends and relatives of the potential theft going on at your place of business. Your employees are more concerned and watchful over whether you put outside food in your mouth over making sure you don't go over your paid time or customers coming in smelling like they smoked weed in the parking lot.
