I went in with my mom and dad. We are from NY but now live in LA. Unfortunately, due to health reasons, my dad and I are both on a gluten free diet. You never know what you're gonna get with a gluten free pie. Sometimes they're like cardboard, others are not crispy enough or too crispy. Franco's offers a cauliflower crust and it's the best gluten free pie I've ever had. My dad agreed and we eat pizza wherever we go. The crust was perfectly crispy. The sauce was amazingly good and the cheese was perfect. My mom got a regular slice and said it was also fantastic. The owner and employees were very chill and nice. I highly recommend this spot.

For my liking, I wish it had been cooked a little more or crispier on the bottom, but it had also been delivered and sitting in a pizza box so hard to gauge. The white pie was very flavorful. I had a nice subtle hint of garlic to it.
