    Dr. Lombardo is a great dentist. He is smart , caring and the work he does is excellent. I would highly recommend him.

    I was switching from a previous dentist so I had a lot of questions especially one important…read morequestion - insurance coverage. So I call to make an appointment and I'm told new patients have to come in for two appointments almost back to back. Ok a little different but whatever. I also make sure to ask that they except my insurance. She says yes they do so wonderful I am a happy customer. The first visit is to be a very thorough visit with all kinds of photos and things that I have never done before. The second visit would be for the cleaning. Well the receptionist called me a few days before my visit and asked if I could stay for the cleaning. I was a bit confused as this was to happen on the 2nd visit but it wasn't a problem and I told her I could stay. I asked once again if they had checked with my insurance company and she said yes everything was good. So on the day of my appointment, I check in and then the office manager calls me back to her office. Weird. She lets me know that they are Out-of-Network and she is not sure how much will be covered by my insurance and how much I will owe. So I was not happy and it did not give me a good first impression or visit. I will say the hygienist who cleaned my teeth and apologized profusely was very nice and so was the dentist. I think the front office needs to be upfront and do a better job. Maybe this is their way of getting people in there and getting money. The jury is still out if I will go back. It will depend on when I receive my bill and see how much I owe.

I would recommend her even if you are nervous about going to the dentist. Each room has a ceiling mounted tv and X-ray machine. They even offer the tv remote control to you so you can watch what you want during your cleaning. Dr Weeks office offers same day crowns and other services.

    I had changed to this practice after my Dental insurance had changed. At first everything was…read morewonderful, my insurance covered most of my procedures. I went through two 6 month cycles and set an appointment for my next exam. When i went for my next exam, i received what i thought was an unreasonable amount of money that i owed. When i asked at the desk on the way out, i was informed that they still accepted my insurance but they were no longer in network. Feeling a little deceived i asked why i wasn't informed that they were no longer in network they proceeded to tell me that my wife and I were emailed about the change. I asked when the email was sent and when i checked i had received no such email on that date. Whenever they communicated with us before it was always by text message. So why claim to send an email that we might miss and actually never in fact was sent. My purpose here is not to denigrate their care but to advise people with insurance to make sure if they are in your network, they stay in your network when you go for care. The charge was more than double what my insurance would pay. I further think that they should post at the desk that they may no longer be in my insurance network. Them telling me that they will still accept my insurance is not a valid response to being out of network. Buyer beware of this underhanded ploy.
