I was told because it's the "special" you can't add anything. So I was NOT permitted to have ketchup and mustard on it. Really?!. I've never had anyone deny me ketchup and mustard on a hamburger. The fries were good and served hot and crispy. The drink was served in a rather flimsy clear plastic cup and handed to me with not a drink lid but a domed top with about 2 inches round opening or so where you could put a spoon in to take stuff out for a shake type thing. This is not ideal when they are a drive-through and you have a drink with a large opening. What were they thinking? I asked if they had an app where you could order ahead of time they said no, but you can call them on the phone. I guess I would say a mixed bag. While they're special was a decent value it seems absurd that I would have to pay $11.69, so $5.69 more, to get it with ketchup and mustard. Pretty much any day from the app for $6 I could get a Big Mac, fries and a drink at McDonal's ... and they'll let me have ketchup and mustard on it. I may give it another chance as it's right near my work, but I don't expect this to become a regular stop if the drinks are going to easily spill all over and I have to bring my own ketchup and mustard or pay an extra $5.69 to get it from them. With that kind of service I'm guessing they won't be around long.

My husband discovered a white stringy and wiry object in the yogurt. We couldn't figure out what it was, maybe from the dish scrubber or something in the kitchen? The Greek salad has a lot of dried and old looking sliced onions, maybe from yesterday and the English cucumbers look rather dried out as well.
