She had her cell phone on the whole time having a conversation occasionally so loud at least 5 clients could hear- very distracting and awful experience. The nail tech did not provide the correct gel but rather gave me a pink gel, which until I left, I was unaware of. I think it's extremely impolit to not provide the best possible service to your clients. I removed the work with nail polish removal and I will not return here. So while in town for a wedding, I treated myself to a pedicure and not only were my nails clipped and feet scraped, I got a calf massage that felt great. Yes, I'm a guy but I needed this and they took great care of me. So kudos.
