The Nail Spa is very clean and spacious. Holly was my Nail Tech; she was excellent. I chose one of the deluxe pedicures. It was very nice and reasonably priced. I really enjoyed my experience here. The staff was friendly and professional. I didn't feel rushed. After checking out several nail spas in the area for the best pedicure, so far this is my favorite.

She had her cell phone on the whole time having a conversation occasionally so loud at least 5 clients could hear- very distracting and awful experience. She refused to repaint them, argued loudly with me, then said I would have to pay $5 for polish change! DO NOT GO HERE. There are two more nail salons right next door!! My nails were not dry TEN HOURS LATER. She had to put four coats on just to make the cheap polish look decent and it still didn't. I asked for a sparkly top coat to try to make it look better and she got an attitude. She only had one other customer, an older gentlemen I knew, who wanted a pedi but she was speeding through like she had ten waiting customers. I left crying, I was so unhappy. I am not rich- I get my nails done only twice a year because I can't afford it and these were for my birthday. I mean - she even filed them crooked! It was the younger lady with long hair and she was just so MEAN to me. I work in customer service at a restaurant and wouldn't dream of treating someone like that. My entire family used to go to this salon but not anymore. This young woman has ruined this business and I've been hearing complaints on her from many others.
