I had the most amazing experience today at Arches with the owner, Melissa. Melissa is truly an…read moreartist! As someone who doesn't have a lot of eyebrows but has always wanted more definition without that overly dramatic, "done" look, I really appreciated her approach of less is more. She took the time to create a beautiful, natural result that still feels completely like me. I literally walked in without much of an eyebrow and walked out feeling wonderful .It was such a nice, slow introduction to the process, and I felt comfortable and cared for from beginning to end. The environment was extremely clean and welcoming, we had great conversation, and her professionalism is truly top-tier. Melissa has been doing this for over 10 years, and I completely trusted her to do her thing. As an artist myself, I really appreciate being able to sit back, trust the process, and let someone do what they're an expert at. I highly, highly recommend Melissa and Arches to anyone looking for beautiful, natural-looking brows and an experience that feels personal, professional, and comfortable. Thank you, Melissa! I'm OBSESSED with my new brows!

I found this business through a Google search while looking for a place to get my eyebrows done…read more After reading positive reviews, I decided to reach out through Instagram. I politely asked if the pricing varied depending on the type of eyebrow styling service I wanted. I received a (cold) response that it was a set price, so I followed up respectfully and asked what the cost would be. My message was seen, but I never received a response. I found this experience very disappointing and unprofessional. As a customer, I believe it is reasonable to ask about pricing before committing to a service. I also noticed that most of the clients featured on the business's social media appeared to be mostly white, which made me feel uneasy and left me wondering whether I was ignored because I am Hispanic. I cannot say for certain why I did not receive a response, but the lack of communication left me feeling unwelcome. A simple answer about pricing would have gone a long way. I hope future customers receive the basic courtesy and professionalism they deserve. I'm also glad I experienced this before blindly booking.
