Had a broken main water line situated at least 3 feet below ground and below a big Camphor tree rootball. We just our well replaced and the increased pressure was causing pipes and fittings to blow out. David and crew dug up the line, fixed it, and came back a couple of days later to make sure everything was dry before filling in the trench. Found this company through Yelp while requesting quotes for yard care. David from the company responded quickly and asked to come by the house in person to give a quote. He showed up at the time he said he would and was very professional and polite. He gave me a quote on site to perform the work and I let him know we would be in touch by tomorrow with a decision. I reached out the next day to confirm the work a get a date together. This was Monday March 11th. I didn't hear anything for several days and started reaching out to the business line as well as Yelp to get a response. I finally wrote to the business letting them know that if I did not hear from them by the end of the week, I would need to ask another company to come do the work. Finally got a call on Friday, March 22nd. David apologized that he had been very busy, but he did have a date for the work and it would be the following Tuesday, March 26th. Then, Monday March 25th at 7:30 PM, David calls and says due to the rain, we should push the date out to give the soil time to dry. We agreed to push the date out to the following Tuesday, 4/2/24 and he let me know that he would be at the house by 8AM. It's now 12:30 PM on this Tuesday, and no one has showed up. I called the company line over 10 times, sent several text messages, and no response. I find this extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of time. I would not recommend this company to anyone due to their lack of communication and professionalism. I reached out to get new quotes on Yelp and within minutes had 3 companies reach out to me to provide estimates, two who have already come by the house and can start the work this week. I would recommend steering clear from this company and finding a company with some more credibility than their 1 other review. Hope this saves you some time during your search. read more
